The same situation. We arrived with the hope of settling in (and resting), but we could not settle in. No one answered our calls or the operator's. It's just beastly! I wish these guys the same attitude towards them.

The owner did not respond to phone calls and messages, we were unable to check in. We were just dumped. Choose a hotel room instead.
