This company is not a ritual one. This company of carriers and taxi drivers for a lot of money. The workers are callous, cruel, and indifferent to people's grief. They won't tell you anything, they won't explain anything. Everything is according to the "price list". I DON'T RECOMMEND contacting them.

Unfortunately, I had to deal with this ritual agency! To say that we are disappointed, despite the grief we have experienced, is not to say anything! From the very morning on the day of the funeral, an employee of this service arrived at the cemetery (to determine the place of burial) in a drunken state! Well, we decided that on Monday after the weekend, before lunch, it should be normal, because there are still other employees! What happened next was just a mockery of the grief of close relatives! Wreaths bought in advance were not brought to the house of the deceased together with the deceased, they arrived in shorts, but only from the beach, very careless treatment of the deceased! At the burial site, when they began to lower the coffin, it turned out that there was a short grave! Three times, THREE times, the previously closed coffin was opened!! People are in a state of shock, the earth was poured into the coffin, somehow they dug it up, lowered it, wreaths were placed on the grave carelessly, they simply tore the ribbons with inscriptions and tied them together! An employee who was drunk simply should not have any moral right to work in this field! Exclusion from the service! I'll give you one star just for listening and making a small discount! But the service is performed in the worst way! Unfortunately, there is something to compare it with, earlier, in February, they applied to another funeral service in Dzerzhinsk, they even gave everyone napkins at the cemetery!
