I would like to recommend cafe Svetlana to everyone in the city of Baranovichi!!!!! I really recommend it, the food is homemade, delicious, there are no words, and the staff is polite, caring, and helpful!!!!!! I really like this place. I order classic shawarma and potatoes every time. The potatoes there are simply delicious, very tasty. I also tried the bacon burger – it was great too. But I like French fries the most.

Is this a catering establishment? It seems to me that this institution is one of the examples of what institutions should not be. The staff is not attentive, we ordered two shawarma:
1) Mexican shawarma + cheese and jalapeno
2) Mexican shawarma + cheese and onion
Only 1 was done correctly, the second one had to be redone and unfortunately it was also redone incorrectly (they brought us a classic one and only with onions to the place of the Mexican shawarma. I would not put more than one star, but you need to leave a review

Employees communicate with their mouths full, eat homemade food at the bar in front of visitors. Prices are +/- normal. But here's the quality of the food . . . The mashed potatoes are stagnant, the cat has cried a lot, for a man +/- 95 kg is not enough at all. As for shawarma, there's nothing to even think about, it's better to turn to the neighbors. I decided to try the boats, the boats were given on a cardboard box from under the juice packaging. It tasted like shit, the boats themselves were cold, the chicken with crisps and tasteless, a bunch of sauces to kill the sweet taste of the waffle, while the waffle itself was soaked and lay down. I didn't even do it, I threw it away. I do not recommend visiting, even for a snack!

The service is terrible. The saleswoman was eating, and did not notice the queue until she was called several times. The order was made for a boat and potatoes in a rustic way. Since we were late for the bus, we asked to do it quickly. The girl who cooked cabbage instead of our order, worked without gloves during cooking, and talked on the phone. After the conversation, I didn't wash my hands and started eating. As a result, we waited 15 minutes for the order, and instead of country potatoes, we were given French fries.
I would put -5 stars. The place is terrible, the discussion is terrible.

Terrible service. I tried to pay with my phone, the seller said that the terminal does not support contactless payments. I replied that my phone (Samsung galaxy note 10+) also works with regular terminals. A second woman came out and began to say in raised tones that they had an antediluvian terminal and the payment would not take place. I said that I had already paid with my phone here and the payment was being made. To the demand of the book of complaints and suggestions, the woman replied: don't worry my nerves and in general we are closed.
