I bought a transparent slate with a length of 2 and 2.5 meters, the difference in shade is more than twice!!!! I noticed it only after the installation, when I went down and looked through it. To my question, how so!? They replied that these are the norms in different batches and need to be checked when buying. If I had been warned, of course I would have checked!

There was a problem with installing the greenhouse immediately after purchase, because there was nowhere to store the sheets, etc. It was settled. Some time after installation, it turned out that with a strong wind and an open window, it was very knocking at the end of the greenhouse. I even recorded it on my phone. It turned out that the sheets were convex, poorly stretched. I called the master many times, he doesn't come. He says that he is not in our area, that he has no time. It is not very clear to me what the reasons may be, if it is practically in the city and made with defects. We'll have to decide differently if he doesn't arrive soon.

Secondly, it was delivered to us for free and helped with the installation. I would like to note separately the quality of the greenhouse - it is excellent. It has already worked for the second season - it is strong, reliable, there are no complaints. I recommend.

We purchased a greenhouse from this company. There are no questions about the quality of the greenhouse itself yet, because they have not yet had time to install it. However, there was a residue from two points: payment and delivery issues. There is no information on the website that when paying with a Halva card, 5% is added to the cost of the greenhouse (this is the commission to the bank that the company must pay). At the same time, we were going to pay with our own funds, not with credit. We previously clarified the cost and payment method and did not tell us about these nuances.
Regarding the delivery: the website says that the delivery of greenhouses is free of charge. It turns out that not all greenhouses are delivered for free, you need to pay 20 rubles for the delivery of a 4-meter greenhouse. When asked why there is no information on these nuances on the site, they replied that they would not mention everything. I believe that the issues of payment and delivery are also important for the customer. And this information should be indicated on the company's website.
Otherwise, there were no questions. I hope that the greenhouse will last a long time.
