We really like to spend time outdoors in the country, but during the day wasps and flies flock to the table, and in the evening evening mosquitoes interfere with enjoying tea in the fresh air. Cheap anti-mosquito nets looked collective farm and very quickly fell into disrepair. It's good that the neighbor gave the phone number to the company where she put the windows and found the optimal solution for her gazebo there. They called a measurer, they measured everything for us and counted it - it didn't come out cheap, but the windows were worth it. I would not advise anyone to put windows at this company!!!
We put our window about a year ago, even then the problems began. Two "masters" came, as it turned out, the students. We behaved rudely, smoked in the room despite the fact that the children were in the apartment, at the end of work we were shocked!!! Everything was crooked, askew, and clumsily smeared... They said they didn't like it, they shouldn't have put it on!!! The next day, I called again and asked for a normal master to come and fix it all. He arrived, as he said, the director of this company. He was also rude, said that we were picking on each other, but he also sent the master normally. When he arrived, he was horrified and immediately said that the installed window was absolutely not correct and only needed to be reinstalled. Naturally, no one will do this. When I told the same director about this, I was told where to go ...
So after almost a year, the window sill began to move away, cracks began to appear and the window distortion became even more noticeable!!!
Unfortunately, our bitter experience with this company!!!

Recently, my family had a question about replacing the old wooden windows in our two-room apartment. They began to select a company that would solve the problem. There are a lot of companies selling plastic windows on the market. I really wanted not to make a mistake, to choose exactly the one that will work as efficiently as possible. A friend advised me to contact the "Translucent World". The master came to the measurement on the same day, measured the openings and we signed a contract.
Three days later, they brought: 1 double-leaf window, 1 triple-leaf and a balcony block and installed everything within one day. And they made the slopes with plastic.
The windows are high-quality, sound, the installation was fast, the installers did well!
The quality of my life has improved: there are no sounds from the street, the windows are easy to operate and maintain. I recommend it!

I am writing a mini report on the result of window replacement. The manufacture and installation was entrusted to LLC "Translucent World". I looked at the manufacturers for a long time and chose them out of 5 companies. To be honest, I was worried about the installation process, the Stalinka house is quite old. At the end, I can safely recommend this company as a reliable partner. I ordered KBE 76mm windows, turnkey with slopes, tides and window sills. The production took 3 days, on the 4th day it was brought and installed. The installation took a whole day, I can only advise you to cover everything with film as much as possible, there is a lot of dust and debris. All the employees who worked with my order worked on "5+"!!! :) Good luck and prosperity!

When glazing a timber country house in the Minsk region, the choice was made in favor of German PVC Salamander windows, since we installed them earlier in the apartment and they have served us faithfully for more than 10 years. A request for calculation was sent to several window companies that produce windows from Salamander German profiles. We decided to conclude a contract with the Translucent World company, as they explained to us and it became key that they work exclusively with the German Salamander profile, and the 60 3-chamber series is no longer imported, which are installed in our apartment and have been produced in Brest since a certain time, and calculated all the designs from the original German 5-The Salamander 76mm chamber system is laminated from the outside, with their proprietary fittings and double-glazed windows with a 2-sided internal layout. As a result, the consultation, measurements, and manufacturing were carried out professionally and all products were brought to the facility on time. I would like to thank the installation team separately! We were a little worried about how everything would go ... we really wanted the installation to be done efficiently, neatly and beautifully, so that the mounting foam did not hang from the outside and spoil the lamination, but at the same time it was protected from the sun and precipitation, i.e. it did not lose its properties, since we planned the exterior decoration of the openings by the summer of 2018. But when our foreman Dmitry called from the facility, who controlled the process and said that everything was fine, and then the guys sent photos of the windows before installation, where there is a branded salamander engraving and a RAL quality mark confirming their German origin, and after installation, we calmed down and realized what a branded neat installation according to standards is in a house without quarters from LLC "Translucent World - this is exactly what we expected to see at this stage, thank you!

I ordered the glazing of the apartment here. The problem was that the windows and loggia of my apartment overlook Dzerzhinsky Avenue, the sunny side with constant noise. To be honest, I didn't understand anything about windows at all, this company was advised to me by a friend who is engaged in construction, I first placed an order for windows, decided to see how everything would look as a whole, and only then decided to order a loggia. Everything was done on time and efficiently, the sound insulation is excellent, now I understand how German glasses work, the sun does not dazzle as before and it is pleasant to be on the loggia! They can handle the issue of sound insulation quite well, especially considering that the windows overlook a fairly busy highway. And the price/quality ratio is quite appropriate. I recommend it to anyone who is faced with a choice. Thanks!

I ordered two plastic windows and a balcony door from this company. I didn't choose a particular company – their office is located next to ours, a five-minute walk away. I am writing a review to thank you for your good work.
Initially, I wanted to put simple windows, but thanks to the measurer, I convinced him to choose a double–glazed window with increased noise insulation. I somehow got used to the slight noise of the road outside the window and only now realized what real silence is! My apartment is in Stalinka, the walls are powerful – you can't hear the neighbors, but the windows were bad. An experienced measurer got caught well – he immediately said that the opening would increase greatly after dismantling and therefore it was necessary to order the size with a margin.
We were lucky with the craftsmen too – it was obvious that they were not the first to work with such ancient apartments. Everything was covered, broken down, taken out, openings were prepared and windows, doors and window sills and slopes were installed quite quickly. It's been 3 months now – everything is great! The noise and thermal insulation is complete, the road is not audible and there is no mustiness in the room, although I was initially afraid of this.
It is also worth noting the work of the manager in the office – polite, attentive and not trying to impose on you what you do not need.
So I recommend the company Translucent world - they work clearly and competently.

I changed all the windows in the apartment and glazed the balcony . But since the order is large, the amount to be paid turned out to be impressive. Therefore, I paid in installments, it's nice that they go to meet the buyer. I did not regret that I turned to the Translucent World to buy windows.
