I came to Postavy three times, lived for several days - and NEVER ONCE was able to have lunch either in a cafe or in a restaurant
The service is pleasant and polite. The kitchen is mediocre, slightly better than the factory dining room. The restaurant hall itself looks very good, snow-white tablecloths, dishes are arranged. You can wash your hands only on the ground floor, there are no paper towels, the dryer does not work. It feels like I went to a good quality dining room, judging by the level of cooking.
They refused to serve, although the tables were not set for any banquet, etc. It is significant that on the ground floor in the cafe they also refused to serve with all the rules and falsehoods, at first they said that the sanitary hour. I asked a question - sanchas ends according to the work schedule in 15 minutes, we will come in 15 minutes - will they feed us? It turned out - no, there was no one, you see, to cook. So, because of this sloppiness, guests of the city with children were doomed to eat expensively in a restaurant a few hundred meters away, and in general there is no normal food around - pizza is only in all cafes...
Such a restaurant should not exist simply - horror, on October 18 we arrived in the city of Putting, before that we were on the road 1000km all night, we really wanted to eat and here we are - we stopped at the Restaurant "Svitanok" menu three first courses, two salads, three second courses, of course this is unacceptable, but we stayed after making an order there were three of us a person was brought two borscht after 15 minutes, one person was waiting further, two salads were brought after 10 minutes, we asked for bread several times, but did not wait, we waited for 10 minutes and did not wait for anything, they came up and asked for a payment for an edible salad and two borschts left, patience with such service was not enough. The most disgusting restaurant 👎👎👎
We stopped by on October 18, on the 1st floor - special service (which is already 😬), went to the 2nd floor, the menu is the poorest, from 1 dishes, only two types, from 2 - three (with pancakes), waited for 10 minutes until the salad was brought, brought without bread, to the question why - a lot of people today (at lunchtime, and in the restaurant))), this is where they said goodbye after paying 30p, my foot will no longer be in this institution. Shame!
The staff is very polite and pleasant. The atmosphere is very cozy. Everything is very fast and delicious. Interesting interior and original presentation. A wide range of dishes and drinks. I advise you!!!!

Does anyone else go there?) We were there in the early 2000s and nothing has changed in 24 years since then... Some kind of incomprehensible stucco on the walls like from the 80s... sadly. The menu is mediocre, it's cold in the hall, it doesn't seem to be heated, and everything is lined with plates, probably to make it even colder. As an average canteen, a diner may work, but it's not a restaurant.
The restaurant is locally bottled, visited only at lunch, so I can't say anything about evening events. As for lunch, there is a lunch menu that, which upset me, has not changed for two weeks and unfortunately not all dishes from the menu were available. The food is average, the portions are small, the quality varies from case to case, the price is reasonable. The main advantage is the waiters, they are always very kind, but they lack speed even with a small restaurant load.
Pleasant atmosphere,polite and sociable staff, serve quickly, wait for a maximum of 20 minutes.Everything is delicious and fresh.The chefs are great.A large selection of dishes.I think it's a very good place for our small town!
The restaurant is what it should be, and what's the serving, what's the service! Clean, bright, pleasant polite staff!
We came for lunch before leaving home, to Minsk, to have a cold drink in the heat... We couldn't resist, we also took a salad with beef, fillet with tomato and pancakes with a sponge in a pot, well, coffee and tea. Everything was very, very tasty!
We were pleasantly surprised when the bill was brought, we began to check, maybe we forgot to turn on something?..)) Compared to Minsk, the prices allow you to really relax here!

Everything would have been fine if it hadn't been served for so long. I waited 30 minutes for the first, then a little less for the second, and I did not wait for the third.. In general, I spent about an hour in the cafe, of which I ate for 10 minutes, and waited the rest of the time...
From my experience in catering in small towns, I was set up for the worst. But this restaurant pleased me. Quiet environment. Very low prices in the range of 3-5 rubles for a hot dish and 1-3 rubles for a drink. They cook to order, there are no frozen dishes. The kitchen is good, the chefs know their business. Of course, the atmosphere of the 90s is present, but it is pleasant and does not cause disgust as in other places.
My verdict is a great place to sit quietly and have a snack.
Restaurant... as they used to be in the USSR, the atmosphere, the entourage... the food is good, they cooked with us:) the prices according to Belarusian rates are average, there is Parking.
If I'm ever in Postavy, I'll definitely visit again.
