I clarified the prices 3 days before the repair - after the repair, the price tag was unreasonably changed, they took at least 5 rubles more at each job, Allegedly prices rose after the new year. Although I called after the new year on January 7, I called - on January 11, they were repairing. Without asking me, they ordered two spare parts, charging them a 30% margin. The overpayment for each spare part was 7 rubles. The overpayment for spare parts was refunded upon my request. The negative opinion remained due to unjustified overcharging for work.
