I would like to express my gratitude to the surgeon who performs the sterilization, very high-quality work, neat suture, healed without any problems at all.
The impression was greatly spoiled by the girl at the reception, I got on her shift several times, just a flurry of passive aggression, I specifically asked which shifts she was not on and I try to go these days.
We got to interns 2 times who can't give a proper injection, they hurt the cat, and now he's afraid to go to the vet. I would like them to be better trained before they are allowed to animals.

I liked the clinic. My dog was diagnosed quickly and professionally, the diseased teeth were removed, as many as seven (she is old), treatment was prescribed, we carry, drip, give injections. The dog has stopped suffering from pain, our nerves are calm, life is getting better. In the autumn we will go for an examination, if necessary, an operation will be performed (the dog is unborn, there are bumps on the breasts).
The clinic is quite popular, queues are constantly here, cats and dogs are brought, everyone is treated here, even their own intensive care unit, an operating unit, everything is as it should be, there is also a store with food, accessories, everything is convenient. Treating pets is not cheap, of course, but when an animal is sick, it takes away strength and energy. So, they will help you here, I recommend it.

I am very disappointed ( everything is beautiful , of course , but in the first 15 minutes at the reception they filled out some cards , forms , at this moment the animal has convulsions. First , you need to examine , and then write your name ( in case of poisoning with obvious symptoms , you were misdiagnosed and sent to Almaty ( you didn 't even do a rinse or drip . That's why the blood was tested for sugar. The only conclusion is sellers, not doctors. As a pet store, there are a lot of pet supplies, but as a vet clinic, alas ( you can just get vaccinated and cut your claws, but not with something serious, just a waste of precious time .

Excellent competent doctors. The cat was quickly diagnosed. It's a pity I had to go to Almaty for an ultrasound, there is no device here. But otherwise I liked everything. Everyone is polite and attentive. We went here for almost a week for the necessary procedures, the cat is healthy and cheerful again, thank you so much for your work!

They did not take me to the city for ultrasound, echo, and tests... I didn't want to torment her once again, and for other reasons... They were most worried about anesthesia. But Pavel reassured them that they had received a very good drug. In general, everything went well! Of course, postoperative nursing requires a lot of time and care, but a month after the operation, the dog rushes joyfully, as if nothing had happened, ugh-ugh-ugh!

I heard a lot of bad reviews about this clinic - I did not believe it and took my cat to this clinic and there they managed to infect him with some kind of virus, prescribed unnecessary drops, - I gave almost 10 thousand for an appointment and examination and did not understand why, my cat did not recover, I took him to another doctor, where I gave him for an examination of 1000 tenge, and a prescription for treatment- I pierced the animal with injections and cured it!
