I recently visited the institution "SVOY" and was very pleased. The atmosphere is cozy, like at home. I especially liked karaoke — great sound and a large selection of songs, so everyone can feel like a star. The kitchen is on the level — the dishes are delicious, the portions are good. The drinks were also pleased — the variety of cocktails and drinks is impressive, all fresh and of high quality. The service is fast and pleasant. A place where you want to come back to have a good time with friends or family!

We visited this place, and ruined our holiday
Based on the reviews on Instagram, and good ratings for the kitchen, we booked, and arrived at the appointed time (12.10.2024 at 19:00).
It seemed strange that they start singing here at 21:00. But sometimes it's even good, right? I don't always want to listen
The kitchen is sparse, the pizza is custom-made, as it gets hard when it cools down. Salads for the amateur. Caesar came in with a chicken.
For some, it may be a plus and a hope, girls of easy virtue go.
About one o'clock in the morning, OUR PEOPLE came. Young people, with and without beards, in sweatpants and outerwear. The sound engineer has probably been known since childhood, since they did not even try to occupy the table. They were just a noisy group crowding around the console.
The receptionist I called explained that the young people in the upper hall had already spent enough money to allow them to come to the karaoke room. She did not react in any way to the claims about the behavior of HER OWN.
Conclusion: the restaurant is FRIENDLY, the administrator is incompetent, the owner, apparently, does not care about the reputation of the institution.

This place is quite cozy, we were going to have a birthday party, a meeting of guests, a wardrobe , there is a good choice on the menu, but the prices, as for me, are too high especially for drinks (not only alcoholic) but also ordinary lemonade or tea, I happened to see how lemonade is made and ordinary saryagash was used for this , after that it became a little sad, that you seem to have come to the rheostaran, you do not give little money , but you are served a drink using soda (although there is special equipment for this))
Someone may say I'm very picky, but if an institution presents itself as a restaurant, then let it take into account all the little things! Even when booking, no one called us and did not specify whether we would come or not , which is also -

In my opinion, the best institution in the city, we are regular customers in this institution, we were in all three halls and everything is on the level everywhere, very atmospheric, if you want to have fun from the heart - there is a karaoke room, if you want to sit and talk and smoke - a library, just sit with pleasant music - a coffee shop. The staff is very responsive, executive, everything is always fast and clear. Special thanks to the administrator, he will always find a way out in any situation. The kitchen is amazing, in general, I advise all the guys!

1. DJs do not try hard enough, there are constant breaks. In general, the attitude to work is vague. And it would be nice to do something by the sound. It is more correct to call microphone managers
2. The questions about the room are the same - cramped, uncomfortable screens, no mobile signal. The stairs down to the basement are almost vertical, like in a cellar
3. Previously, the tables were free - come and sit down. Now it's just by appointment. Sometimes you come in - they say there is only a table for 40 and that's it. And in fact, no one in the hall ever comes.
