The Svoy Dom Group of Companies does not fulfill its promised obligations to 436 residents of the Altyn Tau residential complex.
To date, the Developer and the Company have not fulfilled their obligations to guarantee the house;
1. Entry basements,
2. the roof of the parking lot and the 8-block is leaking,
3. repairs in the entrances in 10 blocks were not carried out (there was a pre-cleaning during the delivery of the house),
4. the doors of the entrance group are defective,
5. Landscaping has not been fully completed,
6. The tartan covering of the playground is crumbling (not filled with high quality),
7. And much more.
Imagine the house is only more than 1 year old, the key issuance was on January 4, 2022.
Our big advice to you, do not take apartments and NP in the Svoy Dom Group of companies, then you will still have to suffer from the Developer's shortcomings, which may affect the family budget!!!
There are more adequate construction companies in the city!!!

This company is building now, saving on the entire Darun residential complex on 10/22.23g. there is no heating in all SQ.m. the water was connected 2 months later there are no through entrances 1 elevator the simplest cheap repair in the entrances the courtyard lighting is bad in general, they save on us swami for all 1000,% of the price per SQ. m. komos is not worth buying there are better options!
By the way, the cost of a square meter they have risen to the skies is not an option!
