It is a very beautiful temple. I did not expect that the interior would be much richer than the facade. I really liked it, though it seemed that it looked more like a recently renovated museum, everything was so cool there. The service was going on, there were few people. The atmosphere is exciting. Scarred by the arrivals, like the whole city. I recommend you to visit!
A place of peace... A beautiful cathedral with a majestic atmosphere, always decorated with fresh flowers. I always try to attend services. The church choir, with its beautiful voices, creates exactly the feeling that is necessary for prayer.
Despite the arrivals, they try to keep the temple in good condition.
A temple of incredible spiritual power and incredible beauty.
A place where the feeling is joyful
the presence of the Holy Spirit , where it is calm . And the people who come there are extraordinary, with bright faces, with smiles.
Thank you for having such a place in our Donetsk.
A beautiful architectural structure in the city center. There is a great lack of beautification of the park around the temple. An abandoned building has been standing in the park for a long time. In general, a very good park where you can relax.
My favorite Temple. It is cozy everywhere in the Cathedral itself, and in the lower Temple, and even in the courtyard next to the Temple. Every time I come, I can't get enough of this blissful air, I get soaked in the atmosphere of goodness. Especially when the sun plays with glare, penetrating through the stained glass windows and illuminating the Temple in different ways, a feeling of unreality engulfs the soul. Please, my dear ones, do not write nasty things about this holy place and its servants - do not offend the feelings of the faithful parishioners who have found peace of mind in the Transfiguration Cathedral. Look for your own place where you will be warm, it certainly exists somewhere. A guardian angel for everyone!
It is very beautiful, but somehow "cold", the attitude towards visitors is far from "Christian", most of the candlesticks are always extinguished, it looks more like a wonderful "museum".
This is a landmark of Donbass, or rather one of them. The cathedral has been destroyed and rebuilt several times since 1883. It has been open since 2006. The last construction of the temple was very delayed, for about nine years.
A beautiful building, very well-fed hats, but. The interior of the LNO is EMPTY, i.e. there is no sense of anyone's presence. Although it is very pretentious..
