One of the main attractions of Borisov, which is located in the old town, is a little far from the center. There is a river nearby .
You can get here by any means . The temple is fenced , there is an entrance from several sides. There is a Christian shop nearby , and even further away there is a small market. I recommend you to visit.
The cathedral represents a historical and cultural value for the region, it can be admired both from the outside and inside. For the pro-Orthodox believers, there is a church shop nearby where you can buy candles and much more. At the entrance to the cathedral there are shawls and skirts for women, which can be used if the clothes do not comply with the rules.
A landmark place for local residents. Borisov's business card. Nearby is a monument to the founder of the city, Prince Boris Vseslavich. The beautiful square of the 900th anniversary of Borisov.
My beloved church!!! To be honest, I do not know how to write a review about such a place... I'll start with the fact that she is so beautiful both on the outside and inside...It takes my breath away, I always feel the presence of the holy Spirit there, I love to pray there, I have a favorite icon of the Mother of God and I know and believe that she hears my prayers! You know, I live very close, I hear the beginning of every service, I go out into the courtyard, listen to the bells ringing and thank the Lord God for everything, for a new day, for a roof over my head, a piece of bread and a beloved husband! I am very happy that I live next to this cathedral! You know, very good priests serve in it (please forgive me if I do not express myself correctly, I write simply, from the heart)...And there is also a wonderful girl working in the church shop, young, but so good, kind, I am very happy when I get on her shift) I do not know what else can be written about this holy place, I will say one thing, go and you will feel everything yourself, you come out of there a completely different person! I really can't describe everything that is in my soul, but this place is worth everyone's attention, this is the house of God, even my husband, he is not an atheist, but also not a deeply religious person, after visiting this temple he thought, and this is already the beginning, I wholeheartedly hope to help him come to God and I know that one day we will get married in this cathedral!!! This is the review that turned out, people, go to the temple, be kinder, open your heart to the Lord our God and you will understand for yourself what kind of place this is!!! There is already too much evil in the world, the temple is the place where everything recedes into the background, there is only you and Him! Go, I'm sure everyone will take something out of this trip! I really hope that I did not write any nonsense, did not offend anyone, and even more so did not offend! The cathedral is beautiful!!! Good luck to everyone and thank you very much if you read my thoughts to the end, everything that was written came from the very heart...Save and preserve us all, Lord!!!
The temple is bright and beautiful. The temple grounds are quiet and cozy, with a well-maintained courtyard of the temple. Everything is very beautiful inside the temple. Without entering the courtyard, there is a church shop where you can buy church goods, icons, Orthodox literature, as well as souvenirs.
Very beautiful Pro-Orthodox Cathedral after restoration!I really love visiting this holy place!I was baptized here once. This is a memory, a sacred memory!
Even as a child, she nicknamed this temple the "gingerbread church". For the color, lightness and decorations)
The temple is very cozy inside. There is an ancient icon that is said to heal...
Bell ringing is a separate topic and art)
I came to pray for the repose. I was in this cathedral for the first time. After asking the employee where to buy a candle, she yelled and sent her outside to the kiosk. Returning to the cathedral, she went to the altar of the deceased. While I was praying and crying, an employee of the cathedral waved a rag in front of my nose, wiping the altar, and in the background several more women were laughing at the top of their voices. So the question is, is there anything sacred in this building?
An amazing temple. It is ancient, but in good condition. It is being repaired now, the walls are clean, and the icons fit very well into the Russian tradition of the Orthodox Church. I was pleased that this temple has such a voluminous acoustics and at the same time every word of the priest is heard. I noticed they have small speakers and everything is set up very cool. It sounds like everything in every corner is legible and does not put pressure on the ears. Competent specialists did it, there is no such thing in any temple, the finest tuning. All temples would take such an example, because you come to church and you can't make out anything, you can't hear. And here, as it will be in your ear, prayers are being read.
The atmosphere is not oppressive, no one instructs, there are many benches, you can be at one with God or with yourself, the architecture is beautiful. I am very glad that I visited this place.
My favorite temple. Beautiful architecture, well-groomed territory, Sunday school for children, wonderful services. But why were the domes painted black?
A very beautiful temple! The pearl of Borisov. I advise you to attend the service, everything is in perfect condition, the congregation is beautiful and very understanding of the traditions. But the ministers are also on top
A beautiful historical place. On it, you can see the layers of history in which any restoration work was carried out. The place is quite popular, even on a weekday there are people who come to convert to faith.
Resident evil. They fornicate with the kings of the earth , and people are expendable for them. Did you hear what the patriarch said? And what Jesus said - "by their works (false prophets) you will know." Personally , I found out .. stay away from it...................
A beautiful temple. The oldest in Borisov. It inspires awe both inside and out. If I'm not mistaken, he's about 250 years old. Services are held regularly. The temple is always open, you can light a candle, pray to the faithful, etc.
