A very nice place. Quiet. The square is 5 minutes away at a calm pace. We walked to Matenadaran, Cascade and back with pleasure. The apartment has everything: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, air conditioning, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board (although stained, but better than nothing). The centek iron, but ironed better than Philips, oddly enough. The bed linen and towels are of excellent quality and clean, the mattress is comfortable. Clean enough for 5-. We will keep this in mind when we arrive in Yerevan.

I had a very cool apartment from April 14 to 29. my sister was delighted she was 7 months old, but in recent days it was so hot that I almost turned into a kebab in the center of the city perfectly five steps to everyone's favorite in Armenia everything is cool
