The hotel is excellent ... 12 days of unforgettable vacation in Baku ...)) friendly staff, cleanliness, cozy rooms. The price-quality ratio is in favor of the guest. A beautiful little hotel located in the heart of Baku. Choose it on your journey, you won't regret it. Homely atmosphere, friendly people, always fresh Azerbaijani tea in the kitchen, it's worth a lot. I am returning to this place for the second time.
One of the most atmospheric, homely hotels. I had a rest in Baku from October 3 to October 15, 2022, stayed at sweet garden. The impressions of staying here are the best. first of all, I want to note the excellent location of the hotel, given the tourist orientation of my trip. sweet garden is located in the oldest city, and the place itself sets up a special mood. These narrow stone streets, built-in balconies, plants in flowerpots, displayed right along the walls. it seems that even the air here is different. All the main attractions are within walking distance, that is, in 5-10 minutes of a leisurely walk you can get to the Maiden Tower, the Palace of Shirvanshahs, the ancient mosque, the museum of miniature books and other interesting places.
Now directly about the hotel itself: it is clean, comfortable, friendly, atmospheric. The rooms are small, but very cozy. Pillows, blankets, curtains in color, freshly ironed bed linen - everything creates a homely atmosphere. Each room has a kettle and tea accessories, if you want to cook something more serious - there is a kitchen with everything you need, fragrant Azerbaijani tea is constantly brewed, comfortable chairs around tables in the courtyard, garlands are lit in the evening.
The hotel staff deserves special attention. Administrators Elena, Ibrahim, Mohamed – many thanks for the warm welcome and attention to the guests. In hotels, you always have to fix some minor problems, but the problem with the shower and the broken cornice were solved promptly and as delicately as possible.
Many thanks to the owners of the hotel Gadim and Rashad for the fact that there is such a wonderful place in the old town and at a pleasant price. You have made my vacation unforgettable, I will definitely come back here again.
I had a rest in this hotel in November. I really liked it. The hotel is homely and cozy. The location of the hotel is good - in the old town. Close to the Maiden Tower, to the embankment. There are many restaurants nearby where you can eat delicious food. Polite and caring staff. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked a room through the Islet app and when I arrived at the hotel, my room was rented to another person, taking money from me (I paid in advance through the Islet) and from another person. Convenient, right? I was offered to take a walk for a couple of hours (at night!) and wait until my room was vacated. I was terrified, of course. So the condition of the hotel itself is not the same as in the photo on the Internet for a long time. Everywhere there is mold, dampness, there is nowhere to dry things, because if you hang something on the battery, it drips from the ceiling. In general, this is a tin. The shower was also broken. I attach a photo proof of my words. I am very sorry that my impression of Baku was greatly spoiled by such a hotel. Of course, I would like not to live there and never cross paths with such people, but I paid the money and no one, of course, did not want to return it to me. And he didn't return it. Supposedly everything is ok. The economy room was removed ... such arguments. As if if the economy, then there should be water on the walls and the shower should be broken and always stinks, damp and cold. Bad manners in one word.
Of course there are comments to the hotel) The main ones are wild audibility, absolutely everything can be heard from the nearest rooms and a very tiny closet with broken doors. And it wouldn't hurt to set up normal TV programs.
And the biggest plus is the location and staff! The staff is gorgeous - Aysel and Saida are the best!
