We were in Yerevan in September 2022. We rented a Ford car. I am very satisfied with the service! I agree with the previous review "if it were possible to put 10, then I would put it." They respond quickly, work quickly, and are always in touch. I wish your company to develop and not lose the level of service.
About the details, the car was taken with a hard hat for 2 drivers, these are additional services that are paid separately, but we decided not to risk it. All minor flaws of the car were fixed at the conclusion of the contract, the tank is full, parking in the city is included in the rental price. Traffic police stopped on the road, there were no problems. They asked if the car was rented, checked the documents and wished them a good trip. In general, I recommend this company to everyone! On August 23rd, I took a Chevrolet Aveo car for a week. The car is in excellent condition, we drove it for half an hour, there were no problems. I left the deposit in rubles, in cash, returned immediately after I handed over the car, it is very convenient and easier than transfers from a card. Everything is fine. We took a Chevrolet Cruze on mechanics. The price was great. The car is not rolled up. We traveled all over Armenia. There was a moment with a technical inspection, it ended with a car, the police issued a fine, but they compensated us, no problems. We handed over the car as well without any problems. Booked a car in advance through the website. The design took about 4 minutes. The car was a Kia seltos, with a mileage of about 30k and a wonderful package. All-wheel drive, a bunch of assistants, including lane control with steering and tracking driver fatigue, car play on a large display, etc. Everything works like clockwork.
I returned the car a little later than the end of working hours, but the owner/manager waited for me and accepted everything.
Everything is fair and transparent, without any hidden fees. I am very pleased, I will take the car again.

Suddenly, on Sunday, they decided to go to Khor Virap, and there was not enough room for everyone in their car. I called several offices, there were no available cars anywhere, or they called inadequate prices. There were several cars to choose from in this office, all were clean and well maintained. David quickly arranged everything, did not impose services and insurance. The deposit was in cash, there were no problems with his return. The return of the car itself took just a couple of minutes, no problems at all. Summarizing: I was pleasantly surprised, I highly recommend the company. A real find in the murky rental market of Armenia.

We booked a car in September. Initially, we booked a 2019 Jeep Compass or Kia Seltos 2021 (depending on what will be available). Three days before the rental, the Distributor reported that our Compass had an accident. They offered a replacement Jeep Patriot 2016 or Chevrolet Trucks 2019 (both cheaper), plus a free "second driver" service as a gift. Considering that I had heard a lot about the roads, we decided to take a Jeep.
They were issued quickly. A few kilometers later, the tire pressure sensor caught fire, then on the same day the car stalled at an intersection. The next day, in the evening, the car did not start in the mountains, which scared us badly. After dancing with a tambourine, after 25 minutes it was still possible to start the engine, after which it stalled once again, well, the cherry was the "engine malfunction" light bulb. The car is junk.
This situation was reported to the Distributor in the person of David. I was ready to swear and write angry reviews. However, David apologized, promised to replace the car on the same day if we drive ourselves or come for us. The car rental company accepted the car, apologized a lot, did not take money for an incomplete tank and changed it to Trucks without additional payment. The second car ran perfectly until the end of the vacation. The car was slightly polluted (puddles) without washing.
The distributor left a positive impression by fighting for his "Name" in front of the client, and the car can break down for anyone.
