Clean, overall and comfortable, there is a children's room and shoe covers, 2 normal hair dryers, 2 showers, 2 toilets, one downstairs, the second upstairs where the parents are,
Minuses : there is not enough light in the pool, 3 coaches are engaged in one pool, sometimes the groups are overloaded (where the administrator looks) there is also a hydromassage for children (but I haven't tried it) there are no group announcements for parents and sometimes you find out about non-working days by arriving and kissing the door-_-
In general, a lot depends on the coach

My son is 5 years old, we went for 2 months, we were very happy with coach Zied, the pool is for small children, but after that 2 healthy boys 10-14 years old were enrolled in the children's group.... it turned out that children 1-5 years old began to swim with healthy boys in the same group, who also staged a fight in the locker room on the very first day without dividing something among themselves.... The administrator girl first signed us up to coach Zied on days when he does not work at all)) after it turned out that our contacts were incorrectly filled out in the questionnaire on the PC and when the coach could not come to training for family reasons, they simply could not reach us...

The coach is super. A 5-year-old boy was taught to swim. And a 2-year-old kid stopped being afraid of water.
There is a waiting room for parents, but if you are bored, you can walk to Sofia Cafe and Makro store. After all, they are literally within 100 meters
