My son has been working at swimlife for more than two years. We are very pleased with the results. The work of coach Stanislav is above all praise, always in a great mood, they are engaged in the result.
I've been training myself for six months as a beginner adult. Coach Anna is a born teacher! She explains everything very clearly, repeats patiently, and is interested in the result.

After a summer vacation at sea, my son (8 years old) asked to go to the pool. They came with no swimming experience and minimal fear of water. Thanks to Polina's experienced coach, swimming lessons bring pleasure and productive results. They help to improve not only physical fitness and learn how to swim technically correctly in any way.
After only 4 months, studying up to 3-4 times a month, we are already swimming with pleasure in a large pool.
Special thanks for the opportunity to arrange training sessions at a convenient time for us.
Along with his son, his father began to go to the pool in parallel, and swimming is extremely useful not only for the child. I train personally with Alexandra's coach. Alexandra has developed techniques for correcting and improving swimming techniques, developing endurance and preparing for competitions. Alexandra is very competent in drawing up a training plan and thanks to this you can see all the changes that have occurred with the technique and speed of my swimming. I especially want to note that all my questions do not go unnoticed and I can always get a professional answer from the coach, even on days when there is no training or I train on my own.

For a long time I wanted to learn how to swim, but I couldn't make up my mind.
When I called Swimlife.by, everything changed dramatically: my doubts were discarded, time was found for me, a coach was provided and introduced.
My five-minute demonstration performance of "Sochi breaststroke" and "dog waltz" pleased my coach, followed by very exciting training in breathing, body position and balance. In the beginning, I did not even imagine what we were striving for and whether it would turn out at all.
Now I'm looking forward to every workout. And it's hard to call it a workout now, because swimming has become the best way for me to relax and deal with stress, and also a bonus: weight loss, lack of puffiness, even posture, healthy sleep and improved mood.
The planned 10 classes are a thing of the past, I have been studying for more than 3 months and every time I learn something new.
