Of the cons:
The eternal problem with locker keys. Sometimes they are not there, but the lockers are free, then they give out a key, and someone's things are in the locker.
Many of the equipment is aging and rarely replaced. Hair dryers, shower heads.
Adult flippers are torn and old.
In general, a little attention to the inventory would not hurt. The pool itself is comfortable for beginners.

My daughter went to this pool for 2 years, from 7 to 9 years old. She was perfectly taught to swim. A year ago we were at a competition, she took first place in two types of swimming. My daughter also went to summer camp last summer, we liked it, we plan to go again this summer. I went to classes with my son for three months, a child + a mother, I also liked it, as soon as the child starts acting up, they offer him something interesting to do.
The pool itself is shallow, the water is comfortable. There is a room where you can wait for the child from class, there are also games for young children. There are a lot of hair dryers. There are separate booths for moms with sons or dads with daughters, very convenient.

I took off the star because there was no TV in the recreation room all summer and you need to go to the cafe for water. It's not convenient. And the second star - the cleaners like to come in while the boys are changing, there is a schedule of classes, and you can count the time so as not to embarrass anyone. Moreover, if there is an adult, they go out, and if not, they start mopping the floors before the boys have left. To come in 10 minutes before the end of the lesson and there would be no problems.

It's a disgusting place. After visiting with the child, only negative emotions remained. During the first lesson, which lasts 45 minutes, coach Arseny Mankevich kicked my five-year-old child out of the pool. The child sat on the bench for 10 minutes until I came in and began to understand the situation. As a result, he was sent by the coach. According to him, he did not want to study with my son because he did not listen to him. The highest degree of professionalism. Considering that during the lessons he had only 6 people in his group. And my son wasn't the only one he kicked out. There was another boy sitting on the bench. And he continued to study with the other four children. At the cost of four classes - 143 rubles. Indignation cannot be described in words. The staff and management naturally sided with the coach. I would not advise anyone to study here. With such an attitude towards children, it's just scary to leave them in this pool.

We signed up for an earlier swim for a 2.5-year-old boy, the wife went to this center at the specified time, but she was forbidden to go to the shower with the child, they referred to the fact that the wife and child are of different sexes, the child needs to go to the men's shower and the wife to the women's. And the wife asked how the 2.5-year-old child would wash himself, the staff did not answer anything, just said that they had such rules. And let's sign you up for a later time in a week, during which time you will teach the child to wash himself.
And there is also a problem to return the money, they will consider and a bunch of applications need to be written with detailed personal data.
They have classes from 1-4 years old with children for swimming, but they need to provide separate cabins so that the mother is with the child.
