The hotel itself is not bad. But when we rested in it, there was a construction site nearby, it caused some inconvenience.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is its remoteness from the sea. The transfer did not run often, so sometimes we had to use the services of taxi drivers.
I wouldn't go to this hotel a second time
Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts. Wi-Fi works well, even on the highest floors. There are a lot of shops and good cafes near the hotel. You can walk to the steam trains and the market in 15 minutes. The only disadvantage is that a free shuttle service is provided only to the paid beach, the cost of a single visit to which is 25 AED. You can walk to the free beach on foot, but in 30 minutes. But since this beach was being renovated during our stay in Sharjah and 70% of it looked like a squalid construction site, we took a taxi to a great outdoor beach next to the Grand Sharjah Hotel. For just 15 AED.
I fell in love with this city.
Were in January 2020, t = 25-30.
The water is clean in the sea, there are beaches.
The air is dry.
A very colorful combination of oriental and modern architecture.
There are many mosques, near each one you can get drinking water.
The Museum of Islamic Culture is interesting.
Prices in stores are the same as in our supermarkets. And there are many of them.
Overall, I liked it there. The room is spacious, the streets are not audible (except for the call to prayer), there are many museums nearby, non-tourist shops, there are transfers to many shopping centers, even in Dubai. If you are not planning a beach holiday, then this hotel is suitable. Although there is a shuttle service to the beach. The most unpleasant thing was once: when suddenly a cockroach was crawling on the bed when I was lying there...... And so everything is fine. Even when they had a delegation from India (and the food was all, respectively, spicy and very spicy), the chef came out to me and found out what I would prefer for dinner. Since I don't eat spicy. And they personally cooked a chicken breast for me).
The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. In general, the condition is normal, but everything is old. Cleaning in the halls does not surprise with brilliance. The room was cleaned quite well. The prices in the restaurant are not cheap at all, and the quality leaves much to be desired. Eating from a buffet is not exactly restaurant service. Yes, and the choice to starve the worm. An unpleasant feature is a paid transfer to the beach for 25 derham. At the same time, he left in the morning, returned at lunch, when he was still swimming. It is cheaper to take a taxi - going down to the Museum of Islamic Culture. You can relax on the free beach.
Spacious room. The TV has Russian channels. The view from the window was on the construction site))). But we were constantly walking around the city. The staff is friendly and friendly. Things help to bring in at check-in and take out at check-out and do not ask for money for it.
They took only breakfast, very tasty and hearty. In the morning they make an amlet.
Room cleaning every day.
There is no alcohol in Sharjah at all. Therefore, take it with you from Duty Free. And in general, I have not seen him anywhere in all the Emirates.
The people are friendly. Loves children very much. Sometimes they just stare at the child, it was infuriating.
The hotel is nice, but there is no balcony. Because of the climate, things take a long time to dry.
A good hotel, we really liked the room service, cleaning every day, bed linen is changed every 2-3 days, if you ask, they can change it every day. They asked for an ironing board and an iron, they brought us in 5 minutes, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, and a 1.5 liter bottle of water every day. We took only breakfast, a large selection and constantly report, very tasty, we liked everything. The area itself is average, there are a lot of Indians and Pakistanis, but this did not bother us, no one will bother you while walking around Sharjah, because this is the UAE and the country itself is safe. The central market is 3 km from the hotel. There are a lot of inexpensive cafes around the hotel, you can eat everywhere, because the quality in this country is very strict.
A 3* hotel. Located far from the sea. One towel for two. The food is not bad. There is no Russian-speaking staff. There are no Russian channels. The view from the window of the neighboring buildings, or, if you're lucky, the city is panoramic).
We really liked this hotel.Almost the center of Sharjah, beautiful view from the window! There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby ! I recommend this hotel!
Great hotel. I advise those who like to walk to the beach . The hotel itself is located near the sea, but it is a port area. I had to walk to the beach for 15 minutes . The food is delighted with everything , everything is fresh . The staff is kind without any complexes . You will not regret the advice , the only thing there are no balconies in many hotels so in the Emirates !!!
Real value for money. An inexpensive hotel with friendly staff. Cosmetic repairs are needed in the room fund, but its cost is quite acceptable. The breakfasts are good.
A normal city hotel, looks decent, but if you have some more money, take a hotel by the sea, There is a transfer to the beach from Coral Beach, 1 person 25 dirhams.
Overall, the hotel is not bad. The rooms are good, the food is good, free Internet, transfers to the beach and to Dubai. The minus is the staff. You can't interrogate anything like peas against a wall. After futile attempts to beg for something, we decided to leave it as it is and not spoil our rest. We bought excursions to Shan Tours, fortunately they are not expensive there and just traveled a lot. By the way, I want to warn you, come to breakfast earlier, a lot of people are very, not cozy and the food will be scattered quickly.
