A wonderful stay in Hurghada at this hotel. Everything is great. The first coastline is a fabulous sea. The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is magnificent. Rooms are renovated (but not in all buildings). I would like to point out the downside of the hotel. There are constant queues at the main restaurant. There are no empty seats. Constant fuss People are running in the morning to take sunbeds on the sea since 5 am. If you come to the beach at 9-10 am, there will be no place on the sun beds. At lunch, you will not sit down and eat quietly in the main restaurant, the first and second lines should be separated, as in the neighboring hotel. Maybe there will be no fuss and queues. There are ants in the rooms even on the 3rd floor. The quality of the food and the variety on ,,4,, There are always some tortillas , beef that you can't chew. Lunch and dinner are all monotonous, all this is taken out by one restaurant. Although I would call it a tavern by the sea. They make barbecue in the evening and donuts in the afternoon. The fish restaurant is about nothing at all. All the pastries are tasteless. Before Turkey, as before the moon. The big plus is only the sea. We wouldn't have flown there at all. The price of a vacation in Egypt is unreasonably high. We will not fly to this hotel a second time.

We rested from 22 to 28 June. The hotel is a solid 4+ .We lived in a Premium room. The room is nice, the view of the sea, there is an iron, a minibar is free once.Clean and cozy. The sea is 2 minutes, the beach is clean, the sand is fine, no need for sneakers. There are enough places, but as usual it is better to arrive no later than 8 a.m. Minus they don't wash the deck chairs at all. The food is delicious, the choice is not big (there is something to compare it with) . Every day there is fish and meat, ice cream, fruits.We haven't tried a snack, there are only donuts on the beach with a huge queue. The fitness room is terrible for the top five. Although people came. There were a lot of Serbs, they were very noisy, Russians were almost inaudible. Polite and pleasant staff (5 times in Egypt, surprised). Special thanks to Hassan and Yusulf (I don't know exactly how to pronounce the name in Russian) on the beach. And also for a very delicious barbecue to Ahmed. Their alcohol is heavy. The beer is delicious, not alcoholic. There are no discos, it's a pity)), but the animators invite $ 15 to neighboring hotels, we did not go. The animators are Ukraine and Egypt. On the last day, we left late, we were fed lunch, we were not kicked out of dinner (although it is impossible according to the rules of the hotel). The rest was a success❤Thank you.

A very cool hotel , where you want to return 🙏🏻 perfectly clear sea with a good approach and a grid , polite staff always ready to help and prompt , cheerful young animators , in the evenings there were various entertaining shows . 6 restaurants with a variety of meals , free mini bar , bars throughout the hotel . A large area where there is a walk , I did not catch Wi - Fi on the second line , but this is a kind of detox 👌
In general , we really liked it , we think we 'll even come back 🙏🏻

We had a vacation with our daughter of 12 years at the end of March 2024. I really liked the hotel, I recommend it. Positive:
1. Close to the airport
2. Convenient access to the sea, sand, no strong tides, no fish and other marine life. It is very convenient with children: the sea is calm, without waves.
3. New rooms, we lived on the first line. The rooms are spacious, the plumbing is in good order, there is an iron and ironing board, slippers, bathrobes on request. The cleaning is normal.
4. Delicious quality food. The choice is not very big compared to Turkey, but everything is delicious: meat of 2-3 types, fish of 2 types, watermelons, strawberries, bananas, oranges were from fruits in March. Fresh juices in the morning. We went to themed restaurants for dinners, there are 5 of them, they work without an appointment. I especially liked the Italian, fish restaurant and barbecue. In the afternoon there is ice cream and French fries. You definitely won't be hungry. From alcohol, normal white wine, cocktails are so-so, straight alcohol is felt, I do not advise, although people drank, no one was poisoned.
4. Unobtrusive animation. There are foam parties and invited artists, but everything ends around 23.00, so you can sleep peacefully. If you need parties, then most likely you need to go to another hotel.
5. The staff is friendly, understands Russian, the attitude is the same to all vacationers. There are quite a lot of foreigners.
Of the disadvantages, I can only single out the obsessive merchants who walk along the beach with the services of boat trips, massages and tattoos, but they can also be understood, everyone needs to earn.

We stayed at this hotel from August 4 to August 14, 2024. I really liked it. The menu is varied. Every day there is a different meat, and not semi-finished products, as in Turkey, but real meat! A large selection of fruits: figs, grapes, oranges, grapefruits, melon of 2 types, watermelon, apples, pears, ripe mango every other day. Every morning there are 3 types of fresh juices. 5 a la carte free restaurants. You go wherever you want. You can visit everything. In one day. The room is huge. Everything is there. The air conditioner does not turn off.(if you don't turn it off yourself) It always works! It is regulated without any problems. The TV shows 3 stupid Russian channels. The rest are foreign. Cleaning was daily. Every other day they left $2 each. The guy Emad was cleaning up. Cool, kind. We lived in the 4th building. Very close to everything. 2 large swimming pools. 2 children's pools. Slides in both the big one and the children's one.

I rested with my husband and son for seven days at this hotel . We checked into a room on the ground floor, it was very convenient that the children's pool was opposite, the child ran out of the room to swim) The room was also good, everything was necessary. The staff is very friendly. There are many restaurants on the territory, there is always a good selection of dishes. Three bars (in the lobby of the hotel, on the territory of the hotel - next to the children's pool, and on the beach), all drinks are available. There is a children's room with animators on the beach, you can leave the child for an hour if necessary. Entertainment programs every evening: first for children with an animator , then a show for adults . Access to the sea is also good, sandy beach , plenty of sun loungers . I definitely recommend it for a family vacation!

The most luxurious hotel. Everything went great, thanks to everyone. Thanks to the staff for the great service. The beach is clean and the rooms are gorgeous. We rested from the 11th to the 18th. I recommend the hotel for a family holiday. The beach is sandy, the approach is gentle, the sea is clear in a windless bay, you can swim normally far away. The pools are both on the first line of the hotel and on the second with a large number of umbrellas and sun beds. There are bars everywhere, the waiters are helpful, the staff is friendly, unobtrusive, offering drinks and a cold wet towel on the beach. The issues are resolved quickly and it is clear that everyone is trying to help. The main restaurant is small, but the food is delicious and there are always tables available. There are 6 more restaurants on site for every taste. A lot of meat: beef, liver, chicken, turkey, fish, fresh fruits. The restaurant in the Marina bar is for an amateur, I did not like the Chinese-Indian cuisine. The fish restaurant has a basic menu without payment (fish, shrimp, crabs) and additional (lobsters, etc.) for payment - everything is delicious, the offered white wine is terrible, as in any all-inclusive hotel. Restaurants without an appointment. There are always fresh drinks, cocktails, . We tried grilled meat and pies in a Libyan restaurant - it was very satisfying. In a restaurant with Italian cuisine, they took 3 steaks and 2 different pizzas for a company of five people, the red wine turned out to be quite good. The portions are huge, overeaten. We haven't been to the sushi bar. We have a room on the first line, the building is 4 G after repair, everything is fresh, pleasant, the air conditioning is quiet, I liked the room. In the buildings opposite, it's a bit noisy due to the proximity of the technical room, on the second line there is dead silence). I was vacationing with my 82-year-old mother and an adult daughter in two rooms. Everyone was satisfied with the choice of the hotel. Live music in the lobby in the evening 👍 Children's and adult animations by the pool - it would be better to spend them by the sea, where the Marina bar is. There is a small street with shops near the hotel. Go to Adam boutique, the Russian-speaking owner predicts some.

This is the best catering hotel in Hurghada from a similar segment. Excellent choice of dishes, a wide variety. It is a good territory, but there is no objective connection with the sea. It's just a lagoon, it's sad for me. It's good with small children.
There are rooms on the second line, very good ones. The animation is active, they are trying. The location of the hotel is in the city center. I recommend it!

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. Friendly staff. There are only positive emotions throughout the rest. The hotel is located both on the first and second line from the sea. We lived on the second line - as calm and quiet as possible. The 1st line and all the main places are a 5-minute walk away, you just need to cross the road. It was no trouble at any time. There are 6 or 7 restaurants on the territory, you can visit at any time and any number of times without prior appointment. The cuisine is delicious everywhere.
The sea access was wonderful, the children were very comfortable, but in December the water was already cold enough, so the children swam in the heated pool, and not all adults went into the sea to swim.
We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel and, probably, we will come there again

The food is good, such a classic five, pleasant restaurants without an appointment, well-groomed and beautiful territory.
We lived on line 2, the building was recently renovated, everything is OK.
About the service-it's also very good, especially if you don't offend them and periodically throw up 1-2 dollars, then it's super.
The disadvantage is that you can walk around the hotel only along one street, beautiful with statues and fountains, but one! But the hotel has nothing to do with it, of course.

The sea is warm and clean, there are no waves, everyone just lies like seals ;) the beach is clean, there is enough space for everyone, the waiters bring drinks. The food is not bad, you will not stay hungry, we went through all the restaurants, in principle, they cook monotonously everywhere, but the dessert is the best in a Lebanese restaurant. An interesting serving of meat in a restaurant on the beach. The seafood restaurant on Kos is about nothing, unfortunately. It is best to eat in the main restaurant. You can order Flowers with delivery if you have a reason)) the price is the same as in Moscow, but the bouquet does not look like in the picture, but it was made with love, the pot from under the bouquet was taken with them instead of slippers ;) You can relax with children in peace, animation is like everywhere else in the evening. Local spirits for all inclusive are a full hat ((take normal alcohol with you, but you can drink beer if you are a fan of light.

I want to leave my review without waiting for departure (20.09 departure) to say that everything is cool, this is nothing to say. The service is at the highest level, cleanliness, courtesy on the part of the staff, no division of nationality and this is the most important thing in our time, everyone is responsive. The staff is like bees all day long. The menu is varied, everything is fresh and delicious. Special thanks to the administrator Samira, this girl is really from God, solves all issues in seconds. In the evenings, there are various animations, acrobats, dancers, singers, etc. Acrobatics, contests, etc. are held on the beach every (almost) morning. The guys work their stuff out 100%.The beach is clean, towels are clean, deck chairs are clean. Well, we are really shocked by everything. I recommend this hotel to everyone, you will not regret it.The SPA salon is cool, I took 5 massage sessions and did not regret it, the girl Jasmine,,golden hands,, from the tips of her toes to the ends of her hair, in a word, complete relaxation. I liked the hotel, it deserves each of the 5 stars. A huge, green and very well maintained area. Lovely and unobtrusive staff, renovated rooms, delicious and varied food, especially the Christmas dinner. It was bombastic.
Its own beach with a good entrance for children, of course there are no reefs, but there are nets from sharks. There is a promenade for walking next to the hotel.

Overall, we are very happy with our stay, but I honestly expected a lot more from the hotel. Maybe there are such fives everywhere in Egypt, but I'll start in order....The hotel is old, renovation in 2020 (as it was written on the tour operator's website) it was clearly not carried out there. The elevators are old, plaster is falling off the walls, the furniture in the rooms is old, everything is kind of shabby and battered. We were checked into a room on the 1st floor. I was shocked because I don't like rooms on the ground floor, well, I think it's okay, as it is. I didn't want to swear. Everything would have been fine, but it turned out that our windows looked clearly at the place where the animation took place in the evenings, and we were with a 3-year-old child. On the first evening, I was terrified that neither he nor we would fall asleep, because even with the windows closed, the music was very audible. But surprisingly, this did not bother the child. As a result, we also fell asleep normally, as the music died down by 10 pm. We were not provided with a cot for the child, as there was a folding sofa on which he eventually slept. But it was terribly hard, just like a stone, and we had to build barricades on the sides so that it wouldn't fall off at night when it turned over. From day 1, water was constantly flowing in our toilet bowl, they tried to fix it only for day 4, we had to close the door tightly at night so as not to hear the water flowing. The water was eventually fixed, but we were not happy for long, because the next morning, when I went into the bathroom, the entire floor was flooded with water, this time the sink flowed. We waited for the plumbing until the evening and had to step into a puddle. There was an idea to ask to move us, but we had 1 full day left, so we didn't see the point, only more hemorrhoids with the transfer of things. The leak was eventually fixed, the room was cleaned, and fresh flowers were placed in the bathroom as an apology. There is only 1 Russian channel (TNT) on TV, but this is certainly not the main thing. The food is very monotonous. After day 3, it gets boring and you don't know what to take. For a child, only pasta and sausages, 1 soup, mashed potatoes, everything else with spices. The fresh fruits for breakfast were very tasty, but they were quickly dismantled, we had to hunt. Of the fruits, there was only melon, although very tasty, a couple of unripe bananas and pears. Delicious dates. It was saved by the fact that there are several restaurants on the territory where you can go for dinner, although the food in these restaurants is very average. I liked only the seafood restaurant on the beach, but the menu there is the same every day - 2 dishes to choose from. The animators did well, they tried very hard. We entertained both children and adults from morning to evening, every day a new show, but if you rest for more than a week, then everything will repeat itself. Foam parties were held on the beach during the day. I liked the beach. Clean sand, clear warm water without rocks and coral, like a small cove. The depth starts far away. We specially chose such a beach for a child. There are several pools with water slides on the territory, there are 2 compartments for children. The territory is not very large, but it is beautiful and well maintained, unlike the buildings. Keep in mind that the hotel has 2 lines of rooms, we noticed in time and changed to the 1st one because of the child, so as not to go far to the sea. And it was a decent walk to the beach from our room. The 2nd line is located across the street from the main building, more suitable for young people and vacationers without small children. You need to go to the 1st line to the main building or restaurants to eat. For animation too. We met the guys who lived on line 2, so they didn't know for half a vacation that the hotel even has evening animation. There are several shops in the lobby, clothes, souvenirs, jewelry, but everything is 5 times more expensive than in the city. Unfortunately, we went out into the city only on the last evening and were pleasantly surprised. In 3-4 years, the center of Hurghada began to look almost like Las Vegas. Lights, clean streets, shopping malls, expensive hotels, trendy cafes, I really liked it. We were pleasantly surprised, since a few years ago the center of Hurghada was like a slum 😊 Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket and a pharmacy, it is very convenient if you do not want to walk around the city, but you need to buy something necessary. In principle, everything you need is available at the hotel, even a pharmacy, but the prices are very biting. To summarize, I can say that we are generally very happy with the trip, as we have not had a vacation for a long time and it was the first vacation in 4 years. And the first trip with a child. The child was happy, and this was the main thing for us, the sea was gorgeous, I liked the beach (but you need to take sun beds from 7 a.m.), the animation is good, the food is so-so, but you can eat for a week. Trouble with the number - yes, it's a little unpleasant. But we had such positive impressions overall that it faded into the background. Entertainment for the child and a comfortable beach and sea were more important to us. In general, the people are very friendly, they always tried to help. If we go to Egypt again, I will choose the hotel more carefully, but I can recommend it if we abstract from everyday moments. I don't know, maybe the rooms were better or renovated, but we didn't want to spoil the mood by clarifying relations with the staff. The impressions of the trip were the best! I forgot to write that we had a rest at the end of August 2023. And if you have previously vacationed only in Turkey, be prepared that the top five in Turkey and the top five in Egypt are heaven and earth. I wasn't ready for this initially, so I got a little shock 😅

They were kicked out of the pool early. At 17h– we go out. And the sunbeds were also politely asked several times at 17h. It's kind of evening and we're closing up. ⠀

Very noisy work was carried out near one of the pools. The workers started banging with might and main from 7 a.m., from 6.30 a.m. they gathered before work and had loud conversations. On the part of the hotel, this was not regulated in any way and in no way did they apologize to the vacationers for the decently caused inconveniences. I understand everything, it is not cost-effective to repair and close the hotel for these purposes, but at least some time frames could be observed for the sake of respect for vacationers. ⠀

The radio on the street was loud and triumphant. The music in it is specific and sometimes boring. Sometimes there was a feeling of some kind of torture. Then they came to the conclusion that, perhaps, they tried to block out the sounds of the builders' jackhammer with the help of the radio. Otherwise, it is difficult to explain such a loud turn-on. ⠀

Overall, the hotel is good. But small nuances, unfortunately, decently spoiled the rest. I would really like to wish the hotel managers who will be focused on vacationers and that their work motivates people to return to the hotel again.

The hotel is not bad in principle, but a very small assortment of dishes, not a very green area (palm trees are all bare like pillars) , nearby sun beds have been occupied on the beach since 7. I liked the a la carte restaurants near the beach: fish, BBQ, Lebanese (they are all in the same building by the beach) and Italian next to the lobby. Tours can be taken on the street next to the hotel cheaper, but you eat on the same ship or in the same port. For example, a walk to orange island costs from $ 30 at the hotel, and 15 on the street.

I do not recommend this hotel.
1) The sea is half of the bay (the other half belongs to another hotel) with standing water. There is a marina nearby - the smell of diesel and emissions from ships. The beach is sandy, the entrance is flat. The whole hotel is swimming in this piece of the bay. There is no reef or snorkeling in the sea.
2) Vacationers smoke everywhere, the smell of cigarette smoke will be with you.
3) Animation on the beach is sparse, both for children and adults. There is no volleyball, football or water polo. Water aerobics every other day.
4) I can't say anything about pools, they are there.
5) The food is monotonous, not five stars. There is no mutton or camel meat. Beef and even chicken are tough, not chewable. The juices are disgusting, diluted to indecency. There are 5 restaurants on site, which are included in the price, however, there you can order only one main dish to choose from for free. We were in a Lebanese restaurant, ordered a beef kebab, which is impossible to eat - hard and kebab with chicken - disgusting meat, without vegetables and sauce. The St. Petersburg shawarma will make it 100 times better. In the fish restaurant, the main dish is grilled shrimp, also tasteless. Alcohol is local, if your main thing is to get drunk, then it will go.

Pros: a great beach with a good sandy approach, the food is very tasty (although there is almost no fruit this season), free restaurants (fish is the most delicious), a great room on the second line with a deep pool, live music in the lobby in the evening was great.

Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом променад с магазинами, где можно прогуляться вечером. От аэропорта 5 мин езды. Звук самолетов не мешает, он одинаков во всей Хургаде.
Питание в основном ресторане по разнообразию блюд и по чистоте на 3.5 из 5. Голодными не останетесь, но и сильных изысков не ждите: курица (1,2 вида), говядина или печень, рыба всегда только тилапия, 2-3 гарнира, салаты, десерты, выпечка. Завтраки всегда одинаковые. На завтрак превосходный фалафель и апельсиновый фреш!)
ОТлично, что есть 4 ресторана a la carte - итальянский, морепродукты, азиатский и гриль. Они вносят разнообразие в ужины. Записываться в них не надо, и можно ходить хоть каждый день.
Номер премиум на 2 линии (через дорогу, 300м до пляжа) просто прекрасен. Мужчина-горничный отлично убирал, всегда был вежлив и приветлив, крутил прекрасные фигуры из полотенец, посыпал постель лепестками цветов. Оставляли ему несколько раз чаевые абсолютно заслуженно и с благодарностью.
Анимация слабая, вечерние развлечения на уровне школьной самодеятельности. Выделяется только русская девушка Лера, которая везде - на йоге, в танцах - выкладывается с душой на все 150%. И парень с афрокосичками. Остальные - вялые, безэмоциональные, незаинтересованные.
Отдельно стоит отметить 3 водных горки - супер развлечение для детей и взрослых, там прекрасный инструктор Мухамед - приветливый со взрослыми и дружелюбный с детьми.
Пляж хорош для семей с детьми - песок и пологий вход, огорожен сеткой, можно не бояться акул. Но он не будет интересен любителям подводного мира - рифа нет. И лежаков маловато, поэтому лучше приходить пораньше.
Сервис в отеле хороший, особенно, если даешь чаевые(это особенность Египта). По всем вопросам мне помогали. В решении вопросов выручит знание английского. И не стесняйтесь отстоять свои права и пойти выше, позвать руководителей, если вас не устраивают действия сотрудника. Только решайте все вежливо и позитивно, без хамства. Это залог успеха и дальнейшего приветливого отношения к вам.
Отдыхом остались довольны. Если у вас будет предложение тура в этот отель по хорошей цене, то однозначно стоит рассмотреть.

But the problem with nutrition is. It's the same thing every day, there's NO variety and everything is kind of tasteless. Even the omnivorous daughter ate only noodles, buns and watermelon. We visited all the a la carte restaurants, the fish restaurant had disgusting grilled fish, shrimp like rubber. There are delicious pies in the Lebanese, and a grilled jacket next to it in the bar. I recommend the hotel, but we will definitely not return).

Good evening! The overall impression of the hotel is good. But there is a problem: the lock in room 7121 does not work well, to open the door you have to call the reception every time, wait for new cards to arrive. We have been resting since 09/17/2024, we can't open the door properly every day. We ask the managers to invite a master (engineer) to solve the problem, they promise us, but the situation repeats unfortunately, the door does not open, new cards are brought, we lose a lot of time and nerves, we cannot get into our room. The impression of the hotel is spoiled, we will not recommend it.

I lived on the first line, but with old repairs, in general everything was in working order. I was surprised by the presence of an ironing board and an iron. A great vacation option for the average tourist. The difference in nutrition compared to Thailand is obvious, as if Thailand is putting out half-eaten food from Egypt. The number should be taken only on the first line, because the second is a slum. We had a rest from March 31 to April 07, 2024. They asked to settle in the 5th building closer to the sea. So they settled in room 5108, overlooking the sea, a playground and restaurants.
