We had a rest in this lovely hotel in January-February 2025. Entering the territory makes you feel at home. Everything is very clean and well maintained, it is clear that the owners are watching their house. There is a shoe rack in front of each room, you take off your shoes and walk through. The floor is so well cleaned that it even whistles when walking. The location is convenient, there is everything you need nearby, and the center of Pattaya is easy to reach, you can even walk for 20-25 minutes. The hotel is located away from the road and therefore creates a feeling of silence, peace and relaxation. Very friendly, good-natured hosts Hans and Daeng, always welcoming and seeing off with a smile. Delicious breakfasts and coffee, which is especially pleasant to drink from porcelain cups.
The pool is clean, moderately cool, you can refresh yourself and sunbathe on the sun loungers, which were constantly free. We liked absolutely everything about this hotel, only the mattresses are a little too hard for us (we like softer ones). We will definitely come back!!!

Great villa!!! One of the best in the area, you can list a lot and everyone will be at 10 points!!! We had a rest in February of this year , we would have come here again , but circumstances are above all , we will postpone it until next season . With great pleasure to the hosts 🙏🙏🙏 Michael
