A beautiful hotel, a beautiful place ... but the service is a problem))The best Russian-speaking guys in terms of service, maintenance and attentiveness!!! They are. Thanks to everyone.!All the others ... no comments (( Ordered several large bottles of water, 2 were brought half empty.. The bottles were open and one of them was drinking!!!!How is that even possible?! The English staff does not know.. We ordered cognacXo .. They brought cocktails, whiskey, and communicated through a Turkish translator.They don't know or understand basic things in English..They ordered champagne... Moët was opened somewhere and brought an open one..We laughed that we were finishing brut after someone))

A great place for recreation and tourism. A clean beach. Comfortable rooms. The cleaning and the atmosphere are at a height. Polite and helpful staff. There is a great spa. Massage. There are employees with knowledge of the Russian language. The cuisine is delicious and varied.
