There is no queue delay. They observe sterility. Tests are performed both without and with a doctor's referral. The organization of the registrars' work does not raise any questions. You take a ticket and wait for someone to call you. The waiting time is minimal. But when you have already registered and go to the office to donate blood, there is an electronic queue. Even if you have the first ticket, it's not a fact that you'll be the first to enter. People without benefits, children, the disabled, and the elderly are mixed up in the electronic queue. The last time I sat outside the office door for an hour, until it was my turn.
The test results are sent to the mail, even I am not an expert, I can always understand whether the result is normal or there is a deviation from the norm.
The laboratory is good, but there are minor nuances.

The impressions are very good: excellent and qualified staff, attentive, friendly, caring attitude to all clients (some clients are almost by the hand if they are lost in orientation), a huge and wide range of services (all details can be viewed on the website), reasonable prices, and most importantly I work seven days a week from morning to evening, which is very convenient. The test results are prepared fairly quickly: in detail, in detail and in an extended manner (you can pick them up personally or by e-mail, which is especially convenient), which cannot be said about polyclinics. Who didn't like something there, but out of 3+ years of visiting this center and taking tests for a test, lh, etc., there have never been any problems. It is depressing that there is no blacklist of clients in the sinlab, because sometimes you don't really want to come to donate blood and sit in line next to a woman who talks to herself, and then treats the brains of the staff. Auuu director, pay extra to the staff, or drive them to the blacklist of unbalanced clients with your dirty rags.
