They take tests without pain and quickly. The results are sent by email. Prices are average, sometimes lower than the average in the city.
There is practically no queue. The staff is polite, answers all questions, including by phone.
There is a large parking lot opposite. The laboratory also works on Saturdays.

08/09/2022 in the morning we arrived at the laboratory to hand over the UAC to the child. There was no global queue, two young ladies at the reception.. Everything is filled out…Passed... (2 stars for the greeting)… In the evening, the analysis did not come to the email, the phone is not picked up on one of the numbers (2 city, 2 mobile). What to do? I had to drive across the city to get an analysis in the morning. In the morning, the girls were not so friendly anymore. They do not pick up the phone, because they do not want to spoil their mood... according to them, the analysis sends the computer when it is ready automatically (dear owner, you need to explain to the young ladies that if they entered the address incorrectly or did not enter it at all, then the "Laboratory computer" will accordingly send it to the "grandfather's village". There is also a phone number... but they obviously need it to fill in the form. In short... systematize and improve the service. There is something to compare it with ... we went for the sake of interest... we will not go anymore. Pros: + good laboratory assistants, neat… Cons: there is no feedback ... not attentive young ladies at the reception, communicate "in the mood"...and you also need to fill out the form manually
29.08.2022.I took a blood test from a vein, they made 2 punctures, so they couldn't get into the vein normally. But in the end, by the evening at the first puncture, the vein was completely pierced, that the blood went inside and a seal (hemotama) formed, for 6 days I have been buying medicines and treating a hematoma myself. And hemotama will take a long time to pass. I turned to them, they're sorry, they say it happened that way. So the question is, why did you pay such money for 2 analyses of 55 rubles???. No one even offered compensation for hurting my hand.

When this laboratory first opened in the city, there were few visitors, then the girls administrators apparently coped. Now I didn't like the service at all, the electronic queue almost never works, there is always water in the cooler, but cups are very rare. Should I probably come with my mug?)))) They smeared their trousers with blood, and had to throw them away. Kids get rude when they cry.
From the pleasant: we put a children's corner so that the children would not be bored.
Despite the inconvenient location, the visit itself is pleasant. There are lockers for storing things. Caring for clients (patients) very polite staff, no need to wait for several days for tests. Everything is done quickly and efficiently.
This is not the first time we have encountered a bad attitude towards a client! and it's not the first time I've heard the same thing from friends!
Today we came to take tests with my wife, my 3-year-old daughter and a newborn child. They left a lot of money .
At first, they were very slow and unfriendly at the reception, then they were rude in the treatment room (the woman who took blood from her daughter ). Angry, boorish attitude, unpleasant!!! They give the impression that they are being forced to work there! I had to take my daughter to kindergarten + the newborn baby was crying, there was no time to write a complaint!!!
We will NEVER go there again and we will not advise anyone!!!! The attitude in the state polyclinic is much better than in the Sinlab in Grodno!!!!!! And it's always nice to come to Lode and Sinevo!
I often took tests here, but today I was horrified not only that I was not warned that children are given blood from a finger from 8 and not 7-30 as indicated on the website! Even though I called beforehand to clarify whether they take blood from a finger for small children? To which I was answered, of course, from 7.30 to 12 we are waiting for you! and I had to wait with the baby for half an hour during this time, you can do it in a free clinic! After all, you go there because everything is fast and without a queue! So they also took blood from our finger for 10 minutes ! I'm not the first child and I just don't understand why they had blood in such a volume. They've never taken blood from us in any laboratory for so long!! I'm not your client anymore.
