I took the tests on Saturday, they said that the results would be sent to the post office on Tuesday, which they did not do until I came for them myself. I ask the management to carefully select the staff and teach punctuality. In any other paid clinic, the attitude towards clients is much better , for the money I paid, I would like to receive good service.To be honest, if it were possible to put 0 stars, I would do it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN, AND I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO VISIT IT!!

The doctor did not want to enter into a dialogue, I did not get an answer to any of the questions. I tried to tell the story of the surveys, which was answered (I quote: * stick your umbrella you know where *) The sediment after this consultation will stay with me for a long time, but now I know which clinic I no longer set foot in. I ask you to have a conversation with this employee so that no one else feels like me during and after the appointment.
An excellent specialist gynecologist, she is there alone, having visited her once, now I trust only her, she always approaches the patient very pedantically and really helps, and does not waste money with unnecessary examinations
The doctor wrote to take tests. I stopped by this company, asked to calculate how much it would cost, they counted 220 rubles, a few days later I came to take it, they counted 240 already. There was a man in front of me in the queue, he was generally given 170, but in fact it turned out to be 230. I was very indignant. They don't pick up the phone at all.

If mobile children are not allowed to visit the laboratory and your specialists, if this causes discomfort to your employees, warn them in advance.
In general, mothers with mobile children are not welcome in the Sinlab laboratory.

A very strange attitude towards customers. 15.07 I took an analysis - cortisol in saliva, they said that the analysis should be ready on 20.07, 21.07 before consulting a doctor, I called myself to find out where my analysis was and found out that it would be ready only on 23.07, on Friday, because the staging of this analysis is only on Thursdays. As a result, I have to go to the doctor with incomplete tests, because there is no time to cancel the consultation anymore, and pay for the consultation again when this analysis comes, and the Sinlab replied that they found out today about the timing of the tests. That is, they found out about it after 6! days after the delivery and did not even consider it necessary to notify the client about it by calling or at least sending an email instead of analyzing. After such an attitude, there is still no desire to contact them, because after paying for tests of more than 150 rubles at a time, there is no way to get them on time and even find out about it, apparently communication services are considered an expensive and unnecessary service on which the company saves...
