Upd: I ordered cutlets again and began to put mushroom sauce in the order, super! The portions have even become a little bigger, which is good :) It's a pity to leave a bad review, because I really like the food very much and it's not easy to find a replacement here. There is a fierce deception in the delivery, every time. Especially since I bought a scale and started weighing dishes, the weight does not match the one indicated in the Yandex food menu. Sauces are never brought, even if it is indicated in the composition And in the name of the dish itself, for example: chicken cutlets with MUSHROOM SAUCE (ordered twice, there was no sauce once) the money was returned the first time, they thought they would fix it the second time, but no. San Sebastian cheesecake with FRUIT SAUCE - of course, no sauce was put, although the composition of the sauce is also fully described in the menu. Often the dishes are underweight, kebabs come as much as half the declared weight, about 240 grams instead of as much as 480 indicated, and I weighed along with vegetables and everything that was inside the container, (that's just the sauce reaches the kebab)
Another unpleasant moment, I am allergic to almonds and it is worth specifying certain nuts if you add them to the dishes, so I ordered Pavlova, only pistachio was indicated, but the almonds were inside Pavlova herself in the cream, naturally a severe allergy began. I did not return the money for this, but I consider it important to report it
I want to add that this situation with underweight happens not only for me, but also for friends in the same way

After I ate terrible ribs at the Beer Man over the weekend, I thought I'd make up for it with good ribs. At @syrovarnya_spb, the ribs may not be the best in St. Petersburg, but one of them is definitely the richest portion, in Yerevan, which is very convenient, there is a fraternal restaurant from @novikovgroup @syrovarnya_yerevan.

I booked through the website, there is a Yerevan restaurant there, of course, but the booking form does not allow me to enter my phone except starting from +7. I wrote the Armenian number in the comment, fortunately, we figured it out, we called back.
They offered a table on the veranda, I agreed - would it be fresher? But this is a mistake. It's very dark, terribly dark on the veranda.
The order is a salad with mozzarella and baked vegetables, spas, ribs, water with gas. "I'm allergic to nuts, make sure they're not in the order." After a few minutes, I was assured that everything had been checked, #I will remember this
The salad was brought in 11 minutes - quickly! Faster than a drink. No, mozzarella is very tender and even tremulous inside, and juicy baked vegetables were accompanied by even more juicy fresh tomatoes, but... I didn't order a complicated cocktail, but a bottle of mineral water.
Salad, as the waitress warned, without dressing - only the juice from baked vegetables and mozzarella. Simple, understandable, delicious. Although fresh tomatoes with baked vegetables are not the most obvious combination. I would have baked them too.
15 minutes after ordering, the soup was saved with mint. I eat fast, I ate the salad in 3 minutes, what is there, but... Soup already?
And, the finishing blow - after 17 from the order - the RIBS. Seriously? I'm tired of joking that in Armenia, hospitality is more important than serving dishes. Why are the ribs standing on my table and standing while I'm eating thick hot soup? (My point is that, with all the desire, it will not be possible to accelerate).
But even regardless of the "paired serves" - why such a rush? I didn't come to fast food, but to a restaurant, I came to spend time, and the kitchen ships all the food to me in 17 minutes. Is this a hint of "eat faster and get lost"? But it's possible to be thinner somehow... do as in Japan, if it's time for the guest, put a cup of green tea on the edge of the table, I'll understand everything.
Meanwhile, the savior is good, thick and mint as a distinctive feature instead of the usual greens. A record 2100 drams, by the way (yes, at @machar_44 2200, but there he is with a weighty kufta).
The ribs are smaller than expected. They are perfectly made, I just rested my soul while I was carving, the meat departs from the bone completely without hesitation. The appliances were not brought to them, well, I took them from the second plate. It's good to go to a restaurant alone. Glaze from barbecue sauce. For some reason, a separate bowl with ketchup, well, just didn't touch it.
The salad on the side is generously sprinkled with nuts, I looked at them with such a look that the waiter came up to see if everything was in order - "and do you have nuts on top of the salad? - Yes!)" When my waitress took the dish away, I politely pointed out their presence to her. "Well, yes, he says, they put a little bit. Let me ask you to redo it now." ... well, yes, when I ate the ribs, it's time. The bill, please.
Reluctantly, I decided to make a second attempt. The next day, the online registration form did not lead to a call, well, okay, after a couple of hours I called myself.
A hostess with a menu in her hands escorts her to the table... but the menu does not work, we still have to wait a couple of minutes. To make it less boring for me to wait, another waiter tried to serve me pizza, but no thanks, let her find her true eaters.
The order is a salad with mallow (!) and smoked ricotta, okroshka, beef stroganoff, water with gas. The water was brought first! It's already a good start.
Mallow is a piper, just an interesting green, just a little bit, on the verge of a hint of burning, like watercress, if anyone remembers it. But the main attraction of the dish is smoked ricotta, really smoked and not just one name.
Okroshka, alas, on kefir. What to do... why in southern Adler they make okroshka on white sour kvass and not beyond the Caucasian ridge, I do not undertake to judge. Good okroshka (if you close your eyes to kefir), beef, radish and cucumber in neat thin strips. There wasn't enough salt, but here it is on the table. There is also a thin straw of potatoes in the composition, I once sorted out why the potatoes in the okroshka are superfluous, but they taste like color. First of all, due to the good beef and slicing of the ingredients, a good cold soup turned out.
The waiter asks if it was delicious. Even if it's for form's sake, it's still a plus.
Beef Stroganoff - here is an exact hit to what I remember from the St. Petersburg "Cheese Factory", the author's version served in a hot frying pan, beef stroganoff, who talked a lot with Julien. Cheese crust over an appetizing mixture of tender beef, mushrooms and potatoes in a creamy sauce. Everything is fine.
