They asked for 1000 lire for the registration of the SIM card. Perhaps roaming from Kazakhstan will be cheaper than getting a SIM card here.

I ordered the Internet at home. It was conducted from previous tenants. They issued it to a friend, to his residence permit. We ordered it in the afternoon. The next day they came in the morning and connected without questions in 2 minutes! After that, they came from kablonet, they needed a friend with a residence permit card. They got smeared
