It's a disgusting place, I don't advise anyone, it's better to go to the market and buy fruit and eat - it will be more useful at times. A maximum of one star for this place, if there was an opportunity, I would put zero. I advise you not to approach this object as close as possible, but to bypass it for hundreds of kilometers!!!
