The quality of the food was disappointing, some of it is straight greasy, glistens with an abundance of oil, I took cutlets 2 times, once chicken, the other beef, the cabbage is too salty both times. I haven't even tried salads, as they look like they've been standing for a week (the view is unappetizing).

Then I advise you to visit another point of this network (according to Abai Pravda) the complete opposite and the assortment is large and the food is delicious, the staff is "nimble", they will quickly serve and the tables will be cleaned. В Алмату приехали в гости. А так как культурная программа у нас очень насыщенная часто заходим. Все очень нравилось. И чистота и уют. Разнообразное меню. Замечательно приготовлено. Но сегодня прям разочаровались взяли вареники. Ужасные. Сырые. Картошка не понятно какая. Сперва даже показалось что это не картошка а обезжиренный творог. Хочется верить что это досадное недоразумение. И больше такого не повториться. И обслуживание было сегодня не очень. Равнодушное . До этого такого не было. Поэтому я поставила оценку 4. Если бы это было в первое наше посещение - оценка бы была 2
