Pros - you can watch the house kits live. The manager is a separate moment, you make an order for a miscalculation, you get not what you order. Expensive assembly, 30% of the cost of the house kit. She refused to cooperate, because they absolutely cannot calculate the house with the materials they need and write a commercial offer. For example, a metal roof can be mounted if you buy it yourself and provide it. I did not apply for small orders and did not compare prices.

I turned to Starinovskaya 51 for an imitation of a bar. Manager Egor turned out to be a professional of the highest level. I explained everything clearly, showed the material, although I had to shift a lot of boards from above that covered what I liked. Egor adheres to the principle that the client is almost always right! I ask the campaign management to financially encourage such a responsible employee. I do not know how to treat others, but we came and talked and chose two types of houses. We were told the office will calculate everything and type it out and tell us what's what. But a week later, the call was not received. I tried to call the office, they told me I need to know who took the order. But they didn't introduce themselves to me. Well, in principle, they are waiting for the promised 3 years. I even wonder if they will dial me at all or if they don't need all the clients.

DECEPTION OF THE CLIENT IN EVERYTHING!!!
1. Only here was the alder lining of the "Extra" variety more expensive than the "O" variety by 10 rubles (THIS IS ABOUT 20%) compared to other firms. But when it was necessary to buy (it was not enough), I came to another organization - there is the same grade, only at a price like everyone else's. Only here the grade "0" is called Extra(0).
2. The timber for the overlap was brought to the steam room all blue (it will rot soon) apparently, based on that, the owner suddenly won't notice, and the builders won't care. Fortunately, the builders did not care!!!
3. Delivery is more expensive than all.
4. We came to Uruchye to buy an oak shield. Is it available? They say there is! THE CHECK HAS BEEN PUNCHED ! I come to the warehouse to receive it - the storekeeper says, "BUT WE NEVER HAD AN OAK TREE."
IT'S JUST BRILLIANT!!!

The review concerns the site, not a specific store of the chain: the data on the availability of products on the site is not relevant: after placing the basket, the manager called back 2 hours later and informed that all items were out of stock. At the same time, the site is not updated - they just don't care that customers spend time studying the list and placing an order + waiting for feedback. I do not recommend it
