You can independently test any fragrance, come up with it, and then come and make a long-awaited purchase in any volume of the bottle for drinking. But if you want to buy the whole bottle, you'll have to wait a bit until it arrives, but that's okay. The staff is polite and pleasant. Every time I pass by this boutique, I want to take a look)

My dearly beloved store, there is no such thing in Minsk. Like a physical office, and an Instagram page, it is always interesting, useful, inspiring, I want even more descriptions of flavors, perhaps personal impressions. And I haven't seen a better site yet, I didn't expect it to be so cool, the most important thing is convenient, nothing distracting, minimalistic.
I have been with you since 2022. I remember a sweet girl Tanya) And I remember that many people remembered the store not as a Mystery, but as Tanya, so the rebranding was a success, very beautifully in Russian. When I come to Gomel, I always stop by your place. A huge variety of flavors, shelves are getting bigger and bigger. The most important thing is that there is not only a niche, but also a luxury, but I want a little more not only popular, but also interesting flavors) I wish you prosperity and fewer categories "Bunny left the hostess"😃

Everything is fine, but there is one thing! a consultant with dark lush hair, right before the "decisive" choice of perfumes to purchase, began to resent the zilch of one of the perfumes on my hand - and we were in such a hurry and it was time to make a choice - while simultaneously referring to "we are not Crafting, we sell diamonds", "we have blotters!!", which they were not lying anywhere in the hall (as in previous times, then they were not there in principle). As a result, no one got me blotters, not to mention that this whole situation with the need to apply 5-6 flavors to each hand would not have happened if those blotters were available. I caught a vibe in the 90s when, at best, a perfume lid was handed to you at the market. Otherwise a great store, thanks for your work!

On November 21st, I tried to place an order through your website, but I encountered an error. After that, I got into the profile where general orders were placed. For two days I could not place my order, as errors constantly occurred.
Unfortunately, the store does not answer calls. I wrote on Instagram, and they answered me only a day later, offering to place an order through this platform. I agreed, but asked about the discount, as I could not place an order when it was 12%.
The message was read 8 hours ago, but there was no response. In general, the checkout process turned out to be a real quest.
I can't put more than one star.

Customer orientation is just wow. I wanted to buy a perfume that is not available, but only on order. As a result, they called back and said that the delivery dates were unknown and it was not at all a fact that they would ever be (you can wait a month, or you can wait six months and not wait). The price tag will be completely different and, for a moment, almost twice as much. Why, in this case, the site is a rhetorical question. Remove the item from the catalog, or at least the price tag. And everyone will be happy🤦♀️🤷♀️

We came in today, we were driving on purpose, the cashier consultant didn't even say hello, we looked for perfumes for a couple of minutes, we asked her, there are no such things. She asked for advice on analogues, but she decided to make a phone call to clarify the order from the online store. She rang the bell slowly and sat in silence. It's a strange approach, hardly any client will appreciate it. The person is absolutely not interested in sales.
