Terrible customer treatment, calls are not being answered, messages too, the girl who is on the phone feels like she hasn't woken up yet!!!! I do not recommend it!!!!

The fabric store is good, the prices are average, you can get discounts. However, specifically in this store, the director (male) allows himself to communicate with customers on You, I consider this behavior disrespectful. The staff allows themselves to discuss clients right in the hall, and the director doesn't care. No customer orientation. In principle, I will not go here again.
