In the first place the food (Khurjin) was delicious. The atmosphere was cosy. The employees were very friendly. When they found out their mistake in the bill (which we had not noticed), they even came to our hotel to give us back the money we paid too much.

There is slow service everywhere in Goris (which is understandable — a small town, most restaurants do not have enough waiters), but Takarik broke all records. We waited for food for more than an hour, while during that hour they brought us only compote, and they could not bring greens and pickled beets, which do not even need to be cooked. The staff is ungracious, I can't recommend you to visit.
