I've never written negative reviews either. But!!! I spent a day getting home. I finally arrived in Orsha at 3:00 a.m. I called from the 135 service and immediately warned that I had 2 suitcases with me. The dispenser refused my call in a preachy tone. You can't put a suitcase in the trunk, there's a gas cylinder in there. And you can't put a suitcase in the back seat either! The dispatcher doesn't speak expertly, which immediately makes me want to answer her in the same tone! I hope the management will finally pay attention
to the reviews and fire this lady!!! There is no complaint against the drivers of this service: they behave culturally and politely.
