Yesterday I had to take the night train to the station, the bags were heavy and it was a long way to get there! I called at 157, the dispatcher politely accepted the pre-order at a convenient time for me, the driver arrived on time and helped me load my things. The guy is young, well done, good luck to him! Upon arrival, I paid for the trip with a card and did not have any questions, as is the case with other taxi aggregators! I recommend this organization!
Drivers charge 5p for canceling the order, although we canceled it at the dispatcher and she did not say that we need to wait for the driver to pay him 5p for gasoline.
I'm almost sure that the other driver who took the 5p bonus won't give it to the one whose order we canceled.

The taxi driver lured and appropriated from 5 to 20p in cash for canceling the order. The administration allegedly "apologized", but the money was never returned: neither with points in the application, nor on the phone, in any way.
