Terrible dispatchers! The girls are rude and rude! I called to order a car, I only had time to name the delivery address, as the girl hung up, saying to wait for an SMS, and without asking where we were going. I was on my way to the vet clinic, with a dog, I wanted to warn you, but I didn't have time. After 20 minutes of waiting, without receiving an SMS, I called the order service back, at the same time I clarified that I would be with the dog. As a result, the dispatcher yelled that it was necessary to warn, and again hung up. As a result, I ordered a taxi at 11.42, I was booked for an appointment at 12.30, and the car arrived only at 12.51!!! Knowing about the workload of drivers, it was possible to warn about a long waiting time so that the client would not waste time, and in general, it is not the first time I have encountered rudeness from girls in this service! There are no complaints about drivers, except that car salons do not even pull on economy.

Secondly, the taxi service, namely the time. Once I missed the train due to the fact that the dispatcher did not warn me that the pick-up time was 30 minutes.
Thirdly, the arrogance of the drivers. Not everyone will go to every point, and also remembering about the story of missing the train, I called the car very much in advance and through the application. However, no one took the order this time either. I had to increase the cost in the application from the amount of 4.90 to 10 rubles (the "speed up" button) so that at least someone would come. And only in this case they took my order. As a result , I arrived 1.5 km for 10 rubles .
You can write for a long time about the wonders of taxi service "Commander", but I'm afraid there won't be enough characters.
I wish them one thing – that Yandex Taxi came to the points of "service" of the Commander taxi and shifted this "excellent" taxi service from the market

Funny and glyphic at the same time. When I called to find out how they think they had never used this taxi before, not understanding how the calculation was carried out, the girl started talking arrogantly from the first second and trying to be rude, as if I still owed her something. Thank you, but we will not use the services anymore. They didn't use it and they don't need to.
