I often take a taxi to my house under construction. More than 60% of trips are made by this taxi service. It is convenient that I can call and call at the appointed time (for example, in an hour). For this I put 2 stars, not one. But yesterday there was a situation out of the ordinary (fortunately it was a working day and I was still not too late). A bit of history: I live in Minsk, it is being built in the Smolevichi district. Since it is inconvenient to get to the village (Sloboda, Pekalinsky Village Council) by transport, and half an hour on foot from the site to the transport stop, then when I'm in a hurry or I don't want to walk, I call a taxi. Usually I go to the minibus to Minsk (the last one on the working day is at 22.40, and on Sunday - at 20.40, at least yesterday was not Sunday). And so...I called a taxi yesterday at 19.45 at 20.15 (that is, half an hour)! The car picked me up at 21.00 ! For a moment - 45 minutes after the appointed time !!! All this time I was waiting on the street, because at the end of the operator, the car was somewhere nearby all the time, I just couldn't find the street. It was +2 outside at that time. The driver arrived, they had obviously just smoked in the cabin. BUT there's nothing to do - sit down, let's go, he let me fill in that there is no street in the navigator. Come on!!! all the Google/Yandex maps (known to me) is not something that street ! And even a house with a number. I don't need to lie here. But further - more. A friend calls the driver and says that someone there wants her relatives to have this driver bring him vodka... To which the driver replies, "So I drove him half an hour ago for vodka!". And that's all, on speakerphone, with a passenger he was supposed to pick up 45! Minutes ago !!!!
As an honest passenger, I paid 10 rubles for the trip. Thank you that at least the minibuses still went to Minsk, otherwise we would have to look for something to get to Minsk. But I think that in such cases, the trip should be at the expense of the perevoshchik. As a result, instead of being at home in Minsk at about 21.20, I was at 22.30 !!!
Yes, there are excellent drivers in this service, they are always friendly, there is no smoke in the cabin, pleasant music, they are not rude. But yesterday's driver ruined the whole impression. And the operator also played along with him (freely or not freely, that's another question).
13.10.2023 called the car 16 33 waited 40 minutes . The Logan blue dacha arrived. The driver is a real cad. Such people cannot work in the service sector. When you hire drivers, do you look at the driver's previous work?? I do not recommend this carrier

A TERRIBLE taxi. The dispatcher, who worked on the night of March 20-21, 2021, clearly confused his job with another one:
1. My husband called for the first time, they said that the car was leaving, but they did not say the color and make of the car, okay. We wait.... we are waiting.... for 10-15 minutes our car is not there. We call a second time - the answer is: "The car is on the way" and they hung up without giving us a chance to ask a question!. We are waiting again... another 10 minutes, our car is gone. We dial for the third time:
and "Oh Miracle", we find out the make and color of the car, after our third call, the car drove up in 5 minutes, BUT the HORROR did not end. We are standing near the car, waiting for the previous passengers to pay, BUT the driver exchanged numbers with the girl, just. He was not even confused by the fact that I was with a small child in my arms and there was a STRONG and COLD wind outside. This is the first time I have come across such a taxi service, it's a pity((((

A good taxi, there is always a car if you need to go somewhere urgently. The drivers are courteous, not rude. The rate is fixed . I often use this taxi and have never regretted it, they arrive on time, they take me away quickly and accurately.
