We stayed here in September 2024 for 12 days, we liked almost everything.:
- convenient location in a quiet side street of Istanbul's main Istiklal street (respectively, there are many cafes and shops nearby, although there was only one grocery supermarket),
- price!
- everything is clean, tidy, cleaning on request,
- the room has everything you need: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, hot water water - without interruptions.
- delicious breakfasts, without porridge (it turned out to be difficult to find porridge in Istanbul), but stable - fresh vegetables and fruits (including watermelon and grapes), boiled eggs or omelets, sausage, cheese, olives, cereals, bread, pastries,
- when it's not raining, you can have breakfast at tables outside, which was very pleasant.
Minuses:
- the size of the room (it's not critical, we only spent the night anyway), the hotel is located in an old house, so everything is miniature - foyer, elevator, corridors, rooms,
- the lack of a wardrobe (but this is inconvenient, all the clothes had to be hung on hooks in the hallway or just kept in a suitcase).
Initially, we booked a room with three beds, because we were with a 4-year-old child, but fortunately, upon check-in, the administrator offered another one with a double bed, but with a full shower (it turned out that the aggregator did not have a photo of the bathroom in that room for three, and there was no bathtub at all, just a shower the hose and drain are in the floor, somewhere near the toilet, for the first time in my life I saw this, to be honest), so be careful.
I didn't check in here, but I looked inside the room. The room was very cramped, at least the one I was shown. The foyer is tiny and neat. I liked the staff. But for such a price in Istanbul, especially in the Beyoglu or Fatih area, you are unlikely to find something super fresh..
I aggressively recommend it to romantics!) I really liked the location (the cleanest and most pleasant turn from the busy Istiklal main street). In the evenings, you can sit with tea and watch the sunset and tourists taking pictures on the street (there are always several tables at the entrance). The rooms are pleasant and clean, although there is a feeling that a little hastily done. Of the disadvantages, probably only a very cramped elevator.
A small hotel next to the pedestrian Taksim street. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. Delicious breakfasts, tables at the reception
