The advantages of this hotel are the location and the view from the terrace where you have breakfast and can spend time there until one o'clock in the morning! The rooms themselves are small, but it is enough for a comfortable rest and sleep. The breakfast buffet is quite meager, but I had enough to get enough) I mainly ate boiled egg and a salad of fresh vegetables. Instant coffee but delicious) even for dessert there was always a cupcake. Friendly staff, always ready to help. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day. In general, I recommend visiting!
P.s Seagulls arrive for breakfast and wait for treats, if you haven't finished your breakfast, you can feed the seagulls, they will be grateful to you) plus it's a fun pastime)

The hotel is located 4 minutes from Shishkhane metro station, at the bottom of the street you can access the Bosphorus. There are grocery stores and cafes nearby. The standard room is not large, with clean bed linen and towels. A good mattress. There is a mini bar in the room for an additional fee. The hotel is cleaned daily. Breakfast is served on the highway.

Modest, not a big room, quiet, comfortable bed. Clear. 2 min from Istiklal. Right by the subway. The most convenient location. You need to have breakfast early, otherwise they don't give you much.

Good afternoon, I was at this hotel in May with my mother. I really liked it!!! The rooms are not large, but cozy. The terrace with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus, the breakfast was prepared by the hostess Asiye hanim herself, it was very tasty.The staff is very polite, the administrators always suggested where and how best to get there.The hotel itself is located within walking distance from tourist spots, Galata Sarai and Taksim Street are a 5-minute walk away. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a rest from 13-19.12.2023.
The hotel is small, with 3 rooms on each floor. The rooms are clean but tiny. The bathroom has: shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, towel, soap, slippers. The room has tea, coffee, kettle, mini bar. There is no sound insulation at all.
The breakfasts are ordinary, monotonous, the same thing every day. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception.
Among the advantages:
a terrace on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the bay;
The metro is 15 meters from the entrance;
Across the Grand Bazaar bridge and the Egyptian Bazaar;
150 meters Galata Tower;
50 meters Istiklal.

A good hotel in a beautiful, historical area of the city, near many beautiful streets that are just a pleasure to walk. The room itself is tiny, in addition to the double bed there is only 2-3 square meters of free space. The bath is also 2 sq. m. Excellent view from the terrace to the bay. The option is not bad, I think the price / quality corresponds.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in a tourist area (near the Galata Tower), 5 minutes from Shishkhane Metro Station. The rooms are small, but neat enough, there is everything you need. The most remarkable thing about this hotel is the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Bosphorus.

The only plus is the location of the hotel. Everything else is bad, of course, and the price was not high, but still.
They settled in a room opposite the reception. EVERYTHING absolutely EVERYTHING was heard outside the door, how the admin chatted, how the guests arrived.
Everything in the room is very old, high humidity, extremely hard and high pillows (I haven't seen this anywhere else).
One of the advantages is the view from the roof terrace and the nearby metro station. Oh, yes, there is also a store where the drunk is sold after 22:00.
The hotel provides free water. We asked for one, in the end they gave us bottles of 1 euro, for which they wanted to take payment in the end.
The breakfasts are mediocre, but once again, what do you want for such a price?)

A very compact mini-hotel. But in the center. The rooms are miniature. Bathrooms too. Big people won't turn around. The breakfast is a regular Turkish one. The staff is sincere. There are no problems, they are warmly welcomed and escorted off. There is no parking nearby.

I can't agree with the good reviews. We were in April 2021. Apart from the location and friendly staff, there are no advantages. Everything is dusty, the tulle is torn, the lamps are "gnawed off". It feels like the curtains have never been washed there. I accidentally looked under the bed when the earphone rolled up. It's better not to do this! Dust in layers. The rooms are very small. First, we were settled with Windows on the wall, we paid extra and we were settled with a room of the same size with a view of the Bosphorus (another plus).
The vaunted veranda is covered in dust and abandoned. Breakfast is in the basement, but if you want, you can take a tray and go upstairs. All the chairs and tables are covered in a thick layer of dust. The breakfasts also leave much to be desired, we found a wonderful cafe nearby and had delicious "Turkish breakfasts" there.
In general, I am attaching a photo. Be careful. The hotel spoiled our mood, as we had to stay there in the evenings (because of the pandemic, nothing worked after 19.00)

We checked into room 302 and it seemed small to us (there are two of us).We paid a small amount on the spot and checked into room 501 deluxe category.We like this room better both in size and cleanliness.The rooms are quiet, the neighbors are not heard.The location of the hotel is convenient.The hotel managers are very helpful and helped us solve all the issues that arose, without their help we would not have coped.The breakfast is monotonous, but quite satisfying.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Its main advantages are that it is the center, 2 minutes to the metro, 3 minutes to Istiklal. The hotel is quiet. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, where you can always sit for breakfast or come with your wine. You can explain in Russian to both the administrator and the cleaner.
One of the disadvantages is not the special cleanliness, small rooms. The hotel is clearly not new, this affects the amenities, linen, and towels. So I'll put a four.

Very convenient location: two minutes walk from the main street of Taksim. Incredibly beautiful view from the veranda. The room is quite decent (for a C grade). Breakfast is also a three-course meal. And the cleanliness in the room is no good, it's very dirty.
