I want to complain about the incompetence of the employees of the Talgar district water utility. The fact is that I switched to paying the general tariff, although I had previously paid by the meter, due to the fact that when asphalting the street, the hatch where the meter is located was paved. I have written an application and have been paying the tariff since the beginning of 2024. In the month of May 2024, the inspectors came and saw a house built on the site and issued a fine for the construction of the house. The fact that I built the house earlier and have been living in it since 2021 and paid for water on the meter during construction did not satisfy them and insist that I pay the amount charged. By a strong - willed decision , they were ordered to pay the receipt and not argue with them . How is that?!?!?!
