We went with the whole big family to celebrate the anniversary. We all really liked everything. The service was pleased that two tables were moved to us and 2 sofas were combined, it was comfortable for the older generation to sit on a soft sofa and it was spacious.

In general, we were here in a company of 7 people.
The complex is located in a mountainous area. There are a lot of play areas for children, and for adults the only entertainment is ATVs. BUT one race costs 5,000 tenge and the ride time will take only 3-5 minutes. I think this is very little and does not justify the money spent. I would advise you not to rent it and that's it. It is very simple and easy to catch fish, there is no special buzz, this is also in my opinion.
Now about the food. The food is very expensive and tastes average. A place in the slippers is paid. One hour costs 2,000 tenge. But at the same time, you will wait for orders for a very long time, maybe this is in order to take more money for renting a place. We waited 30 minutes for the fried fish that we caught to arrive. And the drinks were waiting for an hour after the third attempt to find the waiter who took our order. By the way, I advise you to recruit experienced and respectable bartenders because they do not know how to cook mojitos and I think the rest of the cocktails too. And they don't report the ingredients in the drinks.
So that you understand what kind of mojito we had for 3,570 tenge per liter. 2 grams of mint, four thin slices of lime were put in a jug and filled with sparkling water. There is no sugar syrup and there is no ground ice, but there was no ice at all.
Employees who work for a long time are generally not disposed to guests. I think it's because they're going to get an unjustified tip anyway. I suggest that the management of the complex change the motivation of employees in order to improve the quality of service!!! Unfortunately, there are no photos to attach.
