A pretty good-looking house, 24 rooms as a small boarding house. For not very demanding rooms with an alasma, a bed, a chiffonier and an armchair. Everyone is given 2 towels, laundry and linen change once a week, which is not very good, cleaning is approximately every 4 days. Unfortunately, there is 1 barbecue, but the bigger problem with the outdoor seating area is only 3 gazebos and about 4 more sitting areas. There is a zone above, but there are 3-4 houses there. There is a swimming pool, normal. There is a tennis table, but there would be no rackets and no balls. It is convenient to have your own mini store, the prices are average. You can eat 2 times a day, there is no menu, in fact, as in the dining room, but it's pretty good, at home, without frills. I would also like to note that it is convenient to book excursions while staying at the hotel.
I also remind you, because of the climate, look carefully at the floor, I met a scorpion.

A long-awaited vacation! Abkhazia! I booked in April, we rested from 08/04/2024 to 08/11/2024 with accommodation in the mini-hotel Tali. Having given a rating of 4, I lied a little. Rather - 4. The service is extremely poor. The service staff is minimized: one janitor, one cleaner, one cook... The room was cleaned once in seven days... the parties are all dirty. The tiles in the courtyard bore traces of past feasts. Clothes dryers are one for two rooms, and this despite the fact that three people lived in the rooms. Breakfast for 350 rubles was sandwich-like: a piece of cucumber was changed to a piece of tomato; two pieces of sausage were changed to two boiled sausages; boiled egg to fried; a cake sometimes to pancakes... And tea! Coffee is only available for an additional fee! The public beach is close. A ten-minute walk along the path with traces of visiting their illuminated animals-cows. There is no connection!!! The Internet is available at seven in the morning and closer to 24 hours.

In general, there were no problems, clean rooms, breakfasts and dinners can be bought. A quiet family place. The only thing is, there were often problems with turning off the water, but this is already a problem for the whole area.

One of the advantages. Breakfast is well prepared. The price is 300 rubles. But the breakfast is Big. You have your own kitchen, all the dishes are there except knives, take them with you.

The sea is 920 meters away by a short way.
It is necessary to bargain in the market, as in Russia at the beginning of 2000.
The local mini market also needs to be traded. I agreed with the woman that I will only buy from her constantly makes a discount for it.
The disadvantages are often problems with electricity. Those who get up early in the morning, be prepared to wait until 7- 7:30. There are also problems with water, but they react quickly and eliminate it quickly, which is rare for Abkhazia.
In the evening, children are shown cartoons by the projector on the Big screen.
And the most important thing for me is that it doesn't catch Wi-Fi in the ROOM. We need to go outside. There are also problems with the TV, three channels and then sometimes.

We had a rest from 26.06 to 5.07. I can't say about the way to the sea, we went to Mocha beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to it, it's faster by car.
As for the hotel itself: the pool is warm, clean, with daily washing and cleaning, the territory is clean, it is also washed and treated daily. Room cleaning on request, change of towels and linen after 5 days, but if something needs to be changed earlier, then they calmly change it. Washing is free, with its own powder. The room has a hairdryer and disposable probes. What they write about water for the first time I hear, there has always been hot and cold water, with excellent pressure (there is something to compare it with, not for the first time in Abkhazia) the light was turned off only 3 times and then after midnight!
The receptionist, Diana, is a very friendly woman, as are the hosts themselves.
No one forced us to buy food from them, by the way, there is a clean 50p bottle on sale, there is no need to show up, but it's okay to ask, apparently they themselves are so shitty.
The complex breakfasts are 300 rubles, very good, we took 2 breakfasts for three, the portions are large. The kitchen is clean, 4 refrigerators, which allows you to place your food, there is a place to cook.
It is not the first time we go to Abkhazia with Aspua tour and the hotels are always good!

Neat territory, gazebos, tables, hammocks, sun beds, ping pong table. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. We have been to Sukhumi many times, but it was the first time we decided to be a 6-year-old child...The photos are beautiful, in reality, too, a lot of things coincide.The hotel has 24 rooms, 3 floors.We just got into room 24, 2 adults and 1 child.The rooms are clean, the hosts (Diana) do not welcome food in the room.The rooms are all the same, we got a double bed (which I asked for in advance) and a cot (we talked about a bed, but as it turned out, this is an extra place for clamshells only!).The cot creaked with movement.In the room there is a light bulb of Ilyich (just a lamp),air conditioning,a bed, a cot, a small wardrobe for outerwear with old hangers, a small bedside table for clothes on it there is a TV that shows 5 channels barely (As Diana said, it's good that at least one catches), a bedside table with a lamp, a toilet with a shower.Everything is clean and very simple.The sheets, by the way, with blankets and towels, although they are being cleaned, but everything is stained (and they are white!).We rested there for 8 days in July 2022.There is a big and old dog running around on the territory, it can swim in the pool, although they are trying to protect the owners.Gazebos are a good topic, but they are quickly occupied.You can fry kebabs, but in the evening someone always roasts like that, and you need to borrow faster...The pool, for me it was an important topic because I was worried about the child, heated all year round and around the clock, in the evening there is a lot of stuff floating on it if you look closely...for the first 4 days, no one cleaned it, and for the remaining 3 days, they hosed down the area around the pool every day, and naturally the dirt fell everywhere...The pool is divided into a paddling pool and the depth is approximately 1.60 maximum..We used to swim sometimes..I advise you to go to Mocha beach, there is sand and the entrance is good, the beach deteriorates every year...just rocks..they have their own mini-shop...you can buy alcohol or water for cash, there are dumplings (but we personally tried them and we didn't like them)Breakfast consists of sausage (sausages), eggs and fat pancakes (pancakes), cucumber-only the type changes every day, the composition is the same. the refrigerator is shared on one floor.In general, for us, the Tally is 3.5 points..

Secondly, despite the fact that the photos of the species are more or less real, the description and photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality because of... Terrible dirt! Thirdly, the main PROBLEM is the attitude of the owners, namely: disgusting and disrespectful, both towards adults and children! At the same time, a special "love" for almost stray dogs is manifested. Fourthly, the lack of basic means to meet physiological needs (for example, cleanliness, water, light, food) and safety needs (oh, yes, all the same dogs). I definitely cannot recommend this guest house, as no one is happy to see guests there (only their money is welcome). Take care of yourself and your peace of mind from the long-awaited vacation!!!

Also among the bonuses is the administrator, who yelled at the guests that they should buy their food, they just have to, excursions and transfers are mandatory from them. It turns out that if you have settled with them, you must definitely buy boats, dumplings and chebureks from them. Hello?! They are 50 m from the beach cheaper and tastier.
At the same time, there is simply no water on sale.
And the nearest store is about 15 minutes away.
In the bathroom, the towels from the mascara are not washed, there are no toiletries as indicated, and there are plenty of reviews about "cleanliness" in other things!🧟♀️Apparently bleach and stain removers did not reach this guest house.
You will take a shower not when you want, but when there is water, and it does not happen there three times a day! And warm water was generally only 1-2 times. It's the same with light. The most amazing thing is that the owners always have light on the territory 😀👍 Very "friendly and hospitable" people.
We turned to the hostess to return the money to us, we stood it for 3 days, moved out for 4. She replied negatively that she was not obliged to return anything to us under the booking agreement. Yes. But! Your description doesn't match.
As a result, she said on the phone that she would return half the cost of the remainder, in fact she returned 30%, answering our claims how ungrateful we are, etc. The lady does not know what the service and hospitality sector is in general! I probably haven't heard the word loyalty at all. In the resort area, it would not hurt to improve your skills, after all, there is a lot of competition.
It's a pity for the money, and even more people who will get drunk just like us. Someone may have been saving up for this vacation all year and waited a long time for a vacation.

We made an advance payment of 8,400 in 3 days. 2 families and children arrived late. We arrived at the house, you can say it's a dorm. In the photo, the room is large, we have a child of 4 years old, they said 3 the norm is NOT on the bed, the bed is small, the cot does not turn creaking all over the house. In the morning, the ashtrays in the gazebos are full and the tables are dirty!! No one has cleaned it all day. A woman cooks breakfast is pleasant and delicious, but when a dog walks around the kitchen and shakes his hair with saliva, etc., she is not angry in response. The sea is 15-20 minutes away. In the morning you will be woken up by the barking of all the neighborhood dogs!!! To the beach, the same swarm of children with dogs is terrible. We arrived for 16 days and had to look for accommodation on the same day. We found it but with 28, but the hostess of the hotel kicked us out on 27!!! Although it was paid for 3 days. God is your judge. A maximum of 2000 days and then if there are no other options.

The walls of the hotel are cardboard, you can hear a fly spilling on the street, dogs bark half the night, music rumbles until night, too, in short, if you came from the sea, tired and decided to sleep, then you can hardly do it.
There is no bar, well, except for chacha and wine, which it is not possible to drink.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea through dark alleys where not small dogs run around🤨
There is no Parking for cars, just a place in the yard for 4 cars, and if you need to go somewhere, find the owners of the other cars so that they would leave and let you out👍
You can cook for yourself, there is everything for this, both the kitchen and the dishes, but a dog runs everywhere in the kitchen-dining room and no one cares about it🤷♂️
On TV in the room of channel 4 and all the same news😁
The room is renovated for 4, the norm is normal, the bathroom is also normal, but there is no kettle or table in the room, in the morning you need to drink coffee from the 3rd floor to go to the bottom for boiling water nonsense🤦

We had a family vacation in August 2021, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea from the guest house, first through the courtyards, then through the highway, then the territory of the former sanatorium of the MVO, we lived in a family room, two-room(3500 rubles)it is located in a separate building, with its own balcony and a separate staircase, which is very good.There were few swimmers in the pool, small children swim all the time, you don't swim much, they preferred to walk to the sea.The hostess of the guest house, named Tali, met us, immediately asked us to pay, which is strange, one person is engaged in armor, another takes money for accommodation, there is a discrepancy and confusion....It was annoying....I think one person should do this.... (booking at night, we wanted to take payment for days, it's more)
Meals are organized : breakfast 200 rubles per person on request, dinner 250 (pasta with chicken)most often, there are no lunches, in the morning porridge plus pancakes or an omelet....you can ask Tali to make coffee for 60 rubles, she also runs a shop and an ice cream refrigerator....It could be difficult to find her....In general, everything is there for a normal rest.

I will never recommend the guest house "Abkhazia Tali" to anyone. We booked a double room with two separate beds, and indicated that the floor was higher. But of course we were settled on the first floor in the most extreme room. The window cannot be opened because there is music in the yard, then children. And in general, the window did not open, but only the window that shows everything that happens in the room and everything else had a double bed instead of two single beds. When asked to move, the hostess said that all the rooms were occupied, we were very tired from the road and put up with it. Although later we heard how she showed several rooms to other guests. Everything looks good in the picture, but the attitude towards the guests is very strange. During the entire stay (9 nights), the garbage was thrown out and vacuumed once, and then only when they began to insist. I had to buy toilet paper myself. When asked to change the bed linen, one of the employees or relatives said that this is not a 5-star hotel for you and the linen is changed only for the 5th day. On the 6th day, I went to the hostess Diana, to which she told me that it was necessary to tell in advance and without the knowledge of the guests, they do not enter the room. Well, it's probably necessary to say this when checking in. After that, the cleaner immediately stirred, gave the bed linen and cleaned the room. Their manual says that cleaning is done every 3 days and bed linen is changed on request. Why deceive the guests, tell me right away.

I had a vacation with Tali in 2016. Excellent, not expensive, cozy rooms with all amenities. Conditions have been created for self-catering. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. Cherry plums, grapes, and blackberries grow along the way. The beach is on the territory of the MVO. The owner of Tali herself is a very friendly, attentive woman. We just became friends! Since then, I have loved Sukhum so much that I only rest there every year!

We are visiting for the second year in a row, global changes have occurred in a year. There are no swings and deck chairs, everything is broken and there is no kitchen. There is only on request, but everything is overcooked , , the bed linen is not stretched, everything is with garbage and with hair, the mattresses are in terrible condition .......just shocked, they asked for another room, said that everything is occupied., although there are empty rooms, so we are in search of new housing .. .

There is nothing to say about cleanliness and cleaning, it simply does not exist. The bed was dirty and stained, they sawed it 3 times. In 9 days, the culprit was removed once after a reminder and a request. Just a mid-level guest house. You won't have to expect anything good. I wish you development and purity .
