The Town Hall is the heart of Tallinn. There are always a lot of people here, tourists and locals. A great place to walk at any time of the day and at any time of the year. Now, in summer, there are many summer cafes on the square, an eco-zone is arranged - wooden decking is a place for gatherings, beautiful flower beds and even tubs with trees. In winter, there is a huge live Christmas tree and a fair with souvenirs and goodies takes place. The place is always crowded, lively, active and beautiful.
