I recommend going around this cafe for a kilometer, if not further.Personally, I was in it for the first and last time.Vitebsk is my hometown.I live in another city now.I looked at a cafe before my vacation that you can go to in Vitebsk.I liked Talysh from THE PHOTOS.BUT as they say, NOT ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GOLD.
1. There is no wardrobe in the cafe.Anyone can come in and put their feet on your outerwear while you're eating.
2. The waitress is generally unfriendly.
3. There is nothing to order at all:Or a banquet menu and it cannot be ordered at all.Or under the order and now no one will do it specifically for us.Or very expensive.For example, a lamb kebab for 100g.with a bone of honor10p.I had to order only one coffee.And there wasn't all the coffee.The wife ordered wine-vinegar, not wine.We calculated, no goodbye to you, no thanks, nothing. They just gave me the check and that's it
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE ENTRANCE FOR TWO IS 8P. Like 100 grams of shish kebab.We spent 30 minutes in the cafe.

The food is good, there is no music, despite the fact that we were alone, the musician did not want to adjust, we had to pay for everything, one of our friends became ill (it happens) we apologized to the very end, but now the cleaning service was billed to us, and as it turned out, they approached several people and paid them twice, and in the morning we received a call and, upon arrival, announced that a broken plate with a snack from our table had been found in the parking lot and would we like to come and apologize and also to pay for the fight of dishes. After all this, I don't want to mess with this cafe anymore!

Never again: the European menu is prepared only for banquets. For dolma and something else national - by pre-order (OK, pre-order) BUT! The cook will not cook for you (and why else is he needed in the cafe?) he has a banquet (by the way, there are 15 people for the whole hall) from the entire declared menu there are salads (not everyone asked, but those that were chosen were), shish kebab and lula kebab. They opened the wine on the table without waiting for us, despite the warning. "And there is no other such thing! If you don't like it, take what's left. The musician worked Only for the banquet table, and he wanted to "poop" that there were other guests in the hall. In general, not a foot more!
P.S by the way, the receptionist and the girl at the bar were extremely polite. There are no complaints about the service in this regard at all.

Passing through Vitebsk, we stopped for dinner at this cafe. A three-star institution. There was a ton of mayonnaise in the salad, I couldn't finish it. Inside, the customers were smoking next to each other in the room - it was terribly annoying. And the general atmosphere was like in a market, not like in a pleasant place. The kebab, however, was delicious, I liked it. The rest is not.

A complete savdep!!!! We ordered a gazebo this morning. We arrived, the gazebo is occupied, our reservation has been canceled (reason: rain!). Somehow there is no logic at all. We were not even called or warned (the reason is the lack of a landline phone for communication). When we asked why such an attitude towards customers, they not only did not explain the situation to us normally, but also "explained" in a raised tone that we did not understand how we were taken care of))) Next is the menu! There are no salads! Only shish kebab, lula and others like them. Moreover, when you start flipping through the menu, the waiters run up, pull it out of your hands, stick to you with their aggressive torso and impose their choice with "hellish" care.
In general, welcome to the Soviet Union, where if you are of Slavic appearance, your reservation will be easily removed in favor of the host's friends.
