The hotel is simply magnificent, a huge, well-groomed, green area with a large swimming pool. There are always sun beds and clean towels. The bungalows are large and have absolutely everything : soap accessories, tea, coffee, water and a compliment a plate of fruit, clean large towels, room cleaning every day, the staff is kind and courteous, they will always come to the rescue, a bus from the hotel takes you to the beach for free, you need to arrange at the reception in advance, they meet you at the hotel, they give you wet towels towels , welcome drinks , give a wreath around the neck of a flower and perform a ritual ! The food is delicious , lots of fruits , papaya , bananas, pineapples , I have never eaten tastier anywhere ) , there are a lot of seafood, meat , side dishes, generally for every taste!!! And every day everything is different, the hotel is just super!!!
Not a bad hotel for those who like to be closer to nature. A large area with houses of 3 or 4 rooms. There is a clean 20-meter swimming pool. The staff works well, the food selection is not bad either. Of the minuses: all kinds of animals such as gikons often crawl into the rooms, a medium-sized monitor lizard lives on the territory, and you will have to take a decent ride to the sea.
Nice, nice hotel!! Well-maintained territory! There is a market nearby. The food is varied and delicious! To the beach shuttle... Colombo is 40 minutes away. I liked everything!

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. The villa houses are pleasant. There are minor problems with the air conditioner - the temperature is not true and it is very noisy. A separate plus for a very clean pool. The staff is attentive and tries very hard. I took off the star for the food at the hotel. I ate fruits, as it is almost impossible to eat the main dishes. Either curry or some other Indian cooking options and a lot of ordinary rice (and not very tasty). The choice is meager. There is a pleasant natural watermelon juice for breakfast. You can ask them to make an omelet.
Beautiful territory, near the store
Repairs require updating, the air conditioner is not working well, the power supply:there is no choice of drinks (only water and tea) and it is not adapted to Europeans (very acute)
It is quite possible to stay for one night before departure. The pool is clean, the hotel itself is decently shabby. When it rains, the water is knee-deep, the tracks are not visible under the water.

The hotel is for a lover of privacy with nature, the rooms have their own ants. The plumbing is old, like all the furniture in the room, the shower pours in all directions, the toilet seat has come off. The front door didn't work, it just wouldn't close. The restaurant is catering to its fan of spicy food and immersion in the local flavor. The staff as a whole, which is a feature of Sri Lanka, is aimed at friendliness, sometimes it is too difficult to understand the accent and agree on a solution to certain problems, but they speak English. Very little water in the room, one 0.5 bottle per person per day. Towels were not changed for us throughout our stay, and cleaning was not offered. An expensive transfer to the nearest beach. I know that this may be all within the norm for the country, but we seem to be people from another world and it is wild for us to lead such a lifestyle at the present time.
The territory is large, there are many animals such as ants (in the rooms too), scolopendras, monitor lizards, horses and scorpions. The rooms are furnished with old furniture, the plumbing is old, terrible. The food is monotonous for an amateur. You need to understand when you fly to this country what can be waiting for you..... The nature is beautiful, the ocean is dirty....
You can't find such relaxation and silence, the staff moves as if they don't exist, the food is super, I love this hotel, everything is clean and beautiful, such a beautiful nature.the territory is large, the pool is very clean
A quiet and peaceful hotel. It's good if you're passing through. The nearest beach is in Negombo, and not the best. Not bad rooms for Sri Lanka. Friendly staff. The hotel grounds are large and very green with various interesting trees (hence, obviously, the name). Beautiful horses walk on the territory of the hotel.
A beautiful place, not rooms, but cute houses. They bring fruit to the room as a compliment from the hotel. There is a great swimming pool.
Lizards (small ones) are running around the territory. If you do not close the windows and doors, large cockroaches can get into the room. The food is very spicy, but you can personally ask for a non-peppery portion.
Separate chalet, private entrance, no elevators, swimming pool, helpful staff. Quite well, with the exception, perhaps, of the austere interior, they could have been updated. Another of the advantages is a fruity compliment.
A cozy hotel! Polite staff. There is a supermarket and fruit stalls nearby. The village with shops is 10 minutes away by tuktuk. The beach is 15 km away, and the city center is the same.
The territory itself is great!
But the staff and the attitude are disgusting!
Towels will not be given just like that! When paying with a card at the reception, any of your bank blocks the card due to fraudulent actions!
There's not much to eat (but by the way, the whole country is like this)
