The LCD is great!the courtyard for children is fenced, there is still enough parking.the entrances are in good condition and clean, beautiful and tidy.

Excellent residential complex, clean and cozy enclosed area, good playgrounds, gazebos. Convenient location, shops, bus stops, park, everything is nearby. The audibility in the apartment is minimal

An excellent residential complex, but there is still a lot to strive for. Unfortunately, there are flaws in the little things. For example, the doors to the entrance do not normally close, not in all entrances, of course. Or, from time to time, some incomprehensible things happen to the heating.
