A great place to relax! The price-quality ratio is beyond praise. A sense of peace, spaciousness and "civility" is present throughout the recreation center. There is no feeling of "fuuu" anywhere. Clean and tidy houses, the beach is cleaned daily (even an employee passes in the morning and collects cigarette butts sketched overnight by vacationers))). There is a swimming pool, clean and large. Special admiration for the very comfortable mattresses on the beds! Panoramic windows. I've never seen anything like it anywhere! The sea is clear. During the entire vacation, I did not hear that at least someone was ill with something, although there are a lot of families with children of different ages. The food caused a separate surprise! Delicious, satisfying and not at all expensive! But most of all I was impressed by the choice of dishes! I think that even the most fastidious child will be pleased. Both on and off the territory, the menu includes chicken noodles, chicken cutlets, pasta or spaghetti, mashed potatoes, pancakes, nuggets, dumplings, cheesecakes and much more.... The baking is beyond praise! This is a place where you want to return!

A great place for a quiet holiday. Cozy houses. There is not enough kettle in the houses to drink tea. Clean sea, and a nice beach. A warm swimming pool. I liked to have lunch "at the spring" and "at Sayana". There is not enough market to buy fresh fruits (there are not many fruits in the store). It's a long drive from the airport. In the evenings, discos are attended by local residents and periodically approach the vacationing girls with the words "come with me". Overall, we liked everything. Recommended to friends.

Positive:
The place is good. We were in October. There aren't many people. The rooms are clean. A large area. There is a cafe and a shop.
Everything is delicious in the cafe, the prices are reasonable.
Cons:
When checking in at the reception, they did not offer to buy breakfast. Because this was the first time we were at this campsite, we did not know that we needed to pay for them in advance. And when we came for breakfast in the morning and wanted to order from the menu, we were told that this was not possible, because now breakfast is for those who paid for the buffet and that we need to wait for everyone to have breakfast.
It's sooo weird. I'm resting, I want breakfast and coffee, and you're not ready to take an order from the menu?
Wishes to the administration: please make sure that food is offered upon check-in and you can eat in your cafe, and not go to the next one.

We were in Tamysh from 07/21/28/2024 . We really liked it, we wanted to sunbathe, swim in the sea, take a break from the hustle and bustle and it was all here. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the queue is of course, but it seems that this issue has been resolved and now they are allowed to distribute from two sides. In the morning in the pool (large, warm, beautifully located) water aerobics, except Thursday. In the evening, the entertainment program for children is until 21.00, after adults are entertained. Cool. Khachapur and grilled dishes are delicious. In general, the pastries are very tasty. The territory has everything for recreation. Security, lifeguards on the beach until 20.00. It is not allowed to swim in the pool or in the sea after 20.00. But they let me, we arrived late and I asked at least to wet my legs. We plan to come next year. Thanks to the whole team of Tamysh

There are no complaints about the hotel. But there is a concern for the safety of a Russian tourist. Caution! We had a rest in early May 2025, and we liked everything. We rented bicycles and rode along the street in front of the hotel. And this is a remote village with cows and 2 houses. A black car stopped us on the road. Two civilian men came out with one ID for two. They waved quickly and introduced themselves as the police.
They asked for documents, there were no passports, but the driver's license was fine. They showed it from their hands, but they tried to take it. They started taking a banana bag from her husband. He didn't take it off, he showed everything on himself.

They felt all the pockets for the presence of parcels. Very carefully, as if they were looking for themselves.
There were a couple thousand. They didn't take anything. But the situation is dangerous. They'll drag you into a car or drop you off with seals. Do not leave the hotel alone, or without a car. Have several documents, some at the hotel, some with you.
Their car was parked outside the hotel for the few days that we were there. Maybe I'm talking in vain, maybe it's the police. The country is poor, and there aren't enough patrol cars for everyone. And uniform trousers are the same for everyone. Who knows.

A good idea, and a kind of glamping by the sea, with a pool, of course, great! The houses have everything you need, although ascetically: two made-up beds, a bedside table - not a bedside table, shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning.

Of the cons: leaky showers, hot water lasts for 6 minutes, then runs out; towels are only small, if you want big ones, rent them. They don't even put toilet paper in the houses.
Everything is for an additional fee: a blanket, a towel, a hair dryer, a kettle, sun beds by the pool and by the sea ...
A 15-minute drive from the thermal springs, open from 6 a.m. by the way, admission is 300 rubles per person.
In general, they did it outwardly cool, only when they look at the guests as walking wallets that owe them something, it's unpleasant. But this is Abkhazia, where it's like this everywhere...
And for the prices that they sometimes put up, several hundred rubles per person / day, with breakfast included, of course, it's very cool to come to relax.
It's just uncomfortable to stay here for a long time, it's very far from all settlements, and if something happens, it will remain an eternal secret in this wilderness))))

Well, I want to say, the place is wonderful, beautiful, unusual! For lovers of a quiet and peaceful Spartan holiday! The houses are small, divided into two parts, that is, the house is two-dimensional. The terrace is not equipped at all, the porch is without anything, a room for two without any conditions, except for air conditioning and a toilet with a shower. But all this compensates for the gorgeous pool, without heating, in close proximity to the sea, the water in the pool is not marine, overlooking the sea. The sea, as always, is magnificent in any weather, the beach is not equipped at all... the food was breakfast, well, they say it was great two years ago, but we were unlucky... cafes nearby are saving, there are few of them, but you can find your own... The result is that travelers by car will like to visit Tamysh for a few days. A refrigerator, a blanket and the like can be purchased for a fee. 10 days cost 29 thousand, a 2-bed room in a house on the first line, at the beginning of August, without additional charge. Payments for the refrigerator and the like... but it's quiet, there are few people, there are friendly and pleasant people, thank you for that!

We really liked it, had a great rest! We lived in a house near the sea.Everything is clean in the house, the beds are very comfortable, the mattresses are high. The restaurant is very well cooked, in the evening there is a disco, in the dining room for an average breakfast, in a cafe outside the territory, well, they cook very tasty, at Timur's,at Siyana's....the dishes are homemade, delicious, we went every day! The pool is clean, large, and has a moderate chlorine content! I highly recommend it to those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle)

A great quiet place for those who are looking for peace from the hustle and bustle of the city! Cozy, small houses for 4 people, with air conditioning, shower, toilet. A base with a large territory, a shop, a swimming pool. The sea is two steps away. Bathing mode from 8-20. Good breakfast buffet style. There are local cafes nearby, I especially liked "U Astana" (with orange curtains). In the evenings, children's and adult discos. There are dogs on the territory who like to communicate. Transfer in 12 hours. Of the minor disadvantages: it takes a long time to get there.

The rest is excellent, fully met expectations: sea, sea, lots of sea, privacy! Of course, in this life everything is for the amateur and this place too. But, we are very satisfied! We adapted to the conditions quickly, there was food, the main thing we came for was in abundance: the sea, the sun, the air, the naturalness of nature. We were well met, we were driven to the place with a breeze on excellent transport - we were also conducted at altitude. We stayed here from 08.09. to 16.09. and it was great!!! A great place to relax by the sea!!! We really liked the concept of camping, the prices in the store and pharmacy are not too high, the beach bar, taps at the exit from the sand to rinse your feet. I especially liked the animator girl. She immediately finds a common language with the children, conducts exercises and aerobics in the pool with adults, DJs at the disco, and in general is very customer-oriented and pleasant to communicate with.
In general, the vacation was great!!! Thanks to the campsite administration and all the people who work in this wonderful place!!!✊💯🔥🥳👍

I did not like the organization of breakfast, I recommend eating in a cafe outside the territory. A very difficult transfer from Sochi, it spoils the impression of a vacation. In general, there are significant disadvantages, but this is not a luxury view, but a tamish village. The reality exceeded my expectations, this happens very rarely, for such a low cost of the tour, this is the best option for a vacation, I recommend it!
It won't do for pretentious monkeys.

In general, everything is wonderful, a vacation for those who love silence. The beach is free, clean, the pool is open from 8 to 20. The living conditions are Spartan, of course, but they were practically not in the room. By the way, the outdoor air conditioner unit buzzes throughout the room, annoying at night. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, if you are closer to the restaurant, you may catch something. Excursions are expensive and not very interesting, it is better to negotiate with the locals. The feast is nothing at all. In general, everything is not bad, there are disadvantages anywhere

Just a SUPER place to stay! We traveled with sails on the sea and Tamysh was our final destination. We spent a few nights there in May and October 2023, and in May 2024. The territory is huge! Improvised streets of houses are signed, you will not get lost. The car can be left in a guarded parking lot inside, for unloading a large number of things, as with us, they are allowed to drive to the house. As it is, the territory is exclusively pedestrian. There is a bike rental service. The houses are quite far from each other and are designed for 2 families. The sound insulation is normal, we didn't hear the neighbors (or the neighbors were quiet). We were out of season, so the pool was not heated, but who dared to swim anyway - the water was definitely warmer than in the sea. Wonderful cuisine! Minus 1 star for the beds that are too high and the attachment for the shower head - I am 159 cm tall and it was uncomfortable.

My love! Little Turkey) I liked the hotel, the individual houses, clean, with air conditioning and a water heater. Of the disadvantages, the third place in the room is absolutely not convenient. there are no shelves for clothes and dryers, but we knew this in advance and took with us a clothesline and two screws).
The beach is long.
The breakfasts are not great, but we always chose something for ourselves. We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel, as there are many local cafes outside the territory, we went to different ones to try.
Taxis can be haggled right at the hotel, if not through the hotel to negotiate. We went to the radon spring, to the wild spring, to Ochamchira, to the thermal springs, to the cave. Together with the tour operator, we went to new Athos with a cave and Akarmara with waterfalls. I know, as a representative of a tour operator in the Perm Region, that this is a completely different level of organization of excursions and the level of guides, so I always take one or two excursions from travel agencies.
About the hotel: every morning after breakfast we went to water aerobics, the pool is warm, overlooking the sea.
In the afternoon, the children played with the animator, in the evening there is a disco, there is a bar on the beach,

We have been driving for the second year in a row. The place is super and in general the atmosphere of the place is just wonderful. Great vacation at affordable prices. Comfortable beds and good breakfasts. But there are disadvantages: there is practically no furniture in the rooms, only for Spartan living. A refrigerator and a kettle are available for rent, even a blanket for rent. It would be possible to put at least a chest of drawers for things. And also to bring Wi-Fi into the houses, since there is no TV.

We were in the 2nd half of June. Sea, pool, weather, cafes - all 5. I liked the cafe to the east beyond the territory of 250 m, it's a pity I didn't have time to taste all the dishes there.
I liked the excursions to Akarmara (waterfalls) and the gorge in Chernihiv, New Athos.
One of the disadvantages was
a bad toilet with a jammed float, which must be constantly tapped
- slightly expensive rental and taxi! (everything except the sea is far away)

Just heaven on earth 🌍 the guys at the reception are great 👍 all the staff are hospitable. Of course, when you book, do not forget that this is a camping site. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, if necessary, they give extra space. I haven't seen breakfast included anywhere else in the campsite. Everything is quite edible and varied. I recommend it, we will definitely come back. The pool is not heated, but sooo warm💙

For the first time I was at a "domestic" resort... and went with some stereotypes about the resorts of Sochi and Abkhazia… that there is nothing to wait for, and so on. Before that, we flew to Egypt, Thailand, Turkey

In fact: I got a lot of new impressions) A kind of solitude with nature, the sea is not inferior in Kemer in Turkey, cozy houses with a porch (where we spent a lot of time in the evening or in rainy weather) air cannon
Breakfasts: monotonous, but there was always a choice, on the first day they came ahead of time and faced a queue that was artificially created by greedy vacationers, in the following days they arrived in 30 minutes. before closing, everything was exactly the same, but without queues)))
I liked the local flavor, the friendly staff, but do not wait for the service, we quickly adapted to it, although on the first day it seemed wild and inappropriate such an approach.
We went to local "cafes" at country houses for lunch and dinner. Everyone had their own winning positions
In the cafe on the shore: wine and khachapuri, dumplings
Siyana's: Shish kebab and wine
Timur's: eggplant with nuts
In the farthest cafe, a charismatic waitress, an older woman, with a note of rudeness.
I felt complete solitude in this place with nature and myself. multiple walks along the seashore... the sound of waves… There are friendly dogs running around the territory (which I was always afraid of before, I stopped in this place)
Evening dances - in the style of 90x2000x are very funny
According to the accommodation, it reminded me of a trip to a local camp site in the region. But with the sea, clean air and comfortable houses.
From the negative: they didn't check in on the first paid line. But this is nonsense…

The only thing is that all the sightseeing destinations were far away, but we did not plan them on this trip)

First of all, I would like to mention the staff, all the polite guys, starting from the reception and ending with security.
I arrived late and was left without drinking water, unfortunately there is no way to buy on the territory. The store will open in the morning, there is also no provision for the purchase of bottled water at the reception (maybe for people like me, consider the possibility and include bottled water in the price list), but they found a way out, the guys from the guard shared water with me. Thank them very much🙏 I would also like to mention animator Rosalia from the staff.
I didn't think that on a vacation of this level you could be so entertained. Aqua - please (I went, the training is effective), games with children and adults, contests - please. Rosalia, you are a big smart girl, thank you!!!
Now about everything else: the sea was very warm, clean. The beach is being monitored and cleaned, but here, of course, you need to finalize it!!! Sometimes the garbage that was brought by the sea got in the way very much. It is not pleasant to swim and collide with a bottle of sealant, dishwashing detergent.....
The pool is clean, the houses are simple enough, but clean and everything you need is there. The food, of course, was monotonous at breakfast, but you can choose. And if you can't choose at all from the proposed breakfast menu, there is an opportunity to have breakfast in another place))) There is also an opportunity to rent a bicycle or scooter on site. Of course, it is better to take a walking bike, because they are not very sporty, THEN there are no bicycles at all.
Yes, about food, you can also eat in private cafes. I highly recommend the cafe with orange curtains. There's always fresh fish there.
In general, the rest was very successful!!!

It's a great place! Everything you need to relax! And if something is missing, you can buy it at the supermarket (on the territory by card and for cash) or rent it at the reception! I was with my daughter for 4 years. We liked everything. The queue for breakfast (buffet) yes! But not for that long. There was always enough food for everyone. In the evening, animation, children's disco / contests, then an adult disco. There is a hookah.
Lunch and dinner went to the village (everything is close) everything is delicious for everyone!
In general, we were satisfied! The road, yes, is hard, far away. It's not critical for us. An airport will be opened in Sukhum soon, I think this place will be in demand!

Upon arrival, the houses are clean. In some houses there are small ants (if you eat in the room, they will definitely come). Everything you need to relax-take extra with you: a clothesline, clothespins, toiletries, toilet paper, you can take a small kettle (it will please you), a floor cloth will not hurt. Towels can be rented for 150 rubles for the entire stay, as well as a blanket for 200 rubles. Cleaning is not done during your stay in the house, the linen is not changed. Vacationed with a friend in early June. Like it. The territory is large, guarded, illuminated, clean.
The sea is within walking distance from any house - 1 min. There is a coniferous forest nearby. Bike rental, there is a place to ride. Outside the gate is a sparsely populated (after military events) village where you can safely ride on an asphalt road. The locals have a lot of home cafes where they will feed you deliciously. I really liked the pool. Large, clean, low-chlorinated. Wi-Fi is only available in the cafe area and at the reception, which allows you to take a little break from the phone😉there is a medical center, a shop and a pharmacy kiosk on the territory around the clock.. In the evening at the restaurant, the music program and the police are always on duty, we felt safe. Breakfast buffet. Lunch- dinner, we tried everything, everything is delicious and budget-friendly. Delicious beer and Abkhazian brut. Yes, the products are modestly budget, but diverse, fresh. It's all clear. Large clean toilet.
The sea is not stable, especially after rain. Sometimes it is transparent and clean, then it is agitated with sand and twigs- leaves. The beach is narrow, but long, pebbles, which allows everyone to find a place. The entrance to the sea is not deep, but special shoes will not hurt.
There is a Russian sauna and a children's playground, a barbecue area.
There are many attractions around. It is possible to travel inexpensively, using the services of local taxi drivers and guides, to hot springs, Sukhum and New Athos.
The houses are very ascetic. For two rooms. In the room: two beds (but we must pay tribute to them - comfortable), a bedside table, air conditioning, a wall hanger with several hooks, a toilet room (sink, toilet, shower) is clean, nothing smells, heated by a boiler. We went to eat in the village, it was delicious and very affordable. On the territory there is a wonderful shop, swimming pool, laundry (2 hours and 7 kg for 300 rubles and linen is clean and dry)

Of the minuses, previously the breakfasts were delicious (now it is impossible to eat) instant coffee, used to be boiled, there was a choice of cottage cheese, meat, noodles, stewed and raw vegetables, there were fruits and sweets. What's now: instant coffee, semolina casserole instead of cottage cheese, no goodies, there is always porridge (the only edible one)
Horror sausages, plastic cheese, margarine instead of butter) In short, a nightmare!!!! But here's the moment, before the women stood at the distribution: they gave out 3 pieces of sausage, pancakes of three pieces, cheese as well, all in portions. Now the grandmothers with containers just take everything with them, and even if something was edible, they stupidly take it away and no one says anything. We need to bring people back to the distribution!!!!!
The rooms are very meager, stupidly two beds. But to give it our due, we don't need any more. Again, there were changes, there used to be towels, now there are none, two for the face and that's it!!! Bring your own.
Another huge disadvantage is that there are fewer guards. There is arbitrariness at the disco (locals are allowed to come to the restaurant). The territory is neglected, the grass is not mowed, the paths are flooded with water, the beach is destroyed, and is covered with a signal tape with signs that swimming is prohibited. You can plunge into the sea only at the end of the base, 300 meters of the line, or outside the territory. The travel agency on the territory works poorly, there are few excursions, everything is sorted out quickly. The bike rental stupidly does not have pliers or a key to adjust the seat... In short, just camping. Of the advantages, there is a swimming pool, cleanliness in the house, the presence of a store, albeit with a decent cheat, and a good cook in a local cafe every other day. Everything is paid: parking turned out to be more expensive than we were told on the phone, plus we were charged a fee for allegedly registering at the hotel (200 rubles per person).

It is located far from civilization. They go there for outdoor recreation. But everything is in place. The price tag is very adequate for everything. If you are by car, then you can travel everywhere to the neighboring beaches and attractions, which we did there.
The water on the beach does not always meet expectations. There are some currents that change the transparency and salinity of the water during the day, as well as the temperature. In the morning, there was always clear water before 10.
I was saved by moving to the neighboring village of kyndyg on the eucalyptus beach. It's a very cool place. There are also 2 geysers . It is also very cool to carry out the procedures.
There is also a Skurchansky nature reserve relatively nearby, there is also a good beach there.
If it's stormy everywhere, the pool is at your disposal.

Breakfast is included, there is always a choice: from carrots to dumplings!))) Kebabs, khachapuri, salads, poultry, pasta with bacon - they cook very tasty, the prices are reasonable! On-site shop - affordable prices! For a family holiday - the very thing!!! It's a long drive from the airport, almost 4 hours, but the transfer is included in the tour price. I recommend it!!!
