The place is far and quiet from the border, it takes 5 hours to drive, the conditions are frankly not hotel, if it were not for the novelty of the houses by the sea, the rest would be completely spoiled, there are hot springs very close, Ritsa Gagra and Pitsunda are 3.5 hours away, the staff is unfriendly, you can immediately see they work only for money, no hospitality wait, there are several private cafes nearby, the buffet breakfasts are quite good, the warm clean and large swimming pool pleased, in general, a vacation for very unassuming tourists.

The restaurant's employees failed (( they tried to add something to the bill that was not actually in the order... hurtful. The menu in oestrana is not diverse at all.. I wanted a traditional cuisine, not Italian🤷♂️And so the rest was a success!!! Thanks to the locals, for the kindness of the soul and hospitality)) We will definitely come back👌🏿

I don't know why everyone praises this hotel so much. There is no clothesline, everything that is possible for an additional fee. We brought a group of people in the low season, but it is difficult to negotiate with the hotel about some kind of client orientation. And this comes precisely from the rules of the Biblio Globe, apparently. The girls at the reception can't influence this.
Perhaps there are not many problems in the summer, but in the low season it is all very noticeable, all the shortcomings are comfortable and attitude towards people!
For example, the air conditioner is terribly noisy, it is impossible to sleep under it, and it is cold at night. And you just don't get enough sleep.
The room reservation system is absolutely not convenient, the hotel itself does not book anything, although in all hotels you can send passports and they book rooms and do not ship you. These are questions specifically for the biblio globe itself, why you can't make a reservation for a group, but you need to suffer with each number by typing in the data!
Next, the Sauna. I want to tear off the hands of the one who designed it without a door! Guys, it's cold there in winter and even in spring in the evening! If you were sorry for the money for the door, you would make a pvc curtain so that there was no draft!!! We ended up getting sick with such a bathhouse.
At the same time, any attempts to convey such shoals to the authorities do not end with anything.
Apparently, the bosses of this hotel do not care about the convenience of people.
And there is no beach like this. Gullies, everything is dug up.
The breakfast is terrible, they cook for a long time and do not let you in with your food out of season.
That is, they have an empty hotel, a group of 30 people has arrived, but you can't saddle them with indulgences. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ I have not seen this in any country, even working with Biblio globus.
Savok is even worse, though.
Plus it's just the price and all the sea view.
So go to the hotel and take everything from toilet paper to a kettle, and folding chairs and tables and even ropes with nails to dry the laundry 😅😅😅😅

The divorce is complete, there is no pool, kettle, hair dryer, everything is paid, even a blanket 300 rubles for a fee, car parking 200 rubles a day, rude attitude of the administration, I do not advise, we drove for 14 hours and refused such disappointment, fortunately we found the Janat hotel in Sukhumi that's how cool it was there and the conditions and attitude of the administration at the highest level!!!

It's 170km from the border, three hours of wasting time from your vacation, which is not justified by anything but the pool. And swimming after 8 p.m. is prohibited in the sea too.

The rooms are very cheap, the room has two beds, a shower, a toilet, - there is no toilet paper to buy and everything else or rent. There is a heated swimming pool, a shop and a dining room on site. We had a rest in October, it was cold at night, there were no blankets in the room, we rented one blanket for 300 rubles, and there were four of us.

One of the advantages is a beautiful view. The woman at the reception is pleasant. We booked a room with two requests for 1 night and after for 5 nights, as a result, we spent only one night. There is absolutely nothing to do in winter. The pool was turned off, the restaurant was closed, the store was not open 24 hours a day, but until 6. There was absolutely nothing to buy food in the store, and it took a very long and expensive time to get to the nearest normal store. The only food in the store was a fast food box and canned fish. No meat or anything like that. The towels in the room were dirty, it was quite cool at night, although the weather was the most favorable.
The problem is more in the biblioglobus, because there were no warnings that all this was not working. When she asked for a refund, they agreed to return 90 rubles out of the entire amount, since the rest went as if for expenses. (it's not clear what the costs are if everything doesn't work). I knew that we were going in winter and, just in case, I wrote to them on Instagram in advance, I also did not receive any response there.
I think it will be very nice here in the summer. And it's best to drive your own car. Since we spent a lot on a taxi and it was in vain, we really spoiled the rest, we had to look for another hotel overnight and drive a long and expensive way back towards Russia.

I didn't like it. The hotel is under construction. It's dark everywhere in the evening. Iron pins are sticking out. The houses are small and uncomfortable. Everything needs to be rented: TV, refrigerator, kettle, etc. You have to pay for everything. The music in the restaurant is playing loudly, it is not possible to fall asleep. There are no towels, no toilet paper, buy everything again. I just really liked the heated pool. He was gorgeous. I do not recommend it.
