We visited this place yesterday and were extremely unhappy:
1. The food is delicious, but the catfish is sooo fatty
2. They asked about the chapan to take a picture with him, we took a picture, and then a man with a rough face and assaults came up to us: "Take off the chapan, you can't eat in them" - why weren't we warned that you can't eat in them and that it's generally paid? 😅
We don't mind paying, but we could say it mildly and warn you in general that it's for a fee and that you can use them only for photos.
3. We were incorrectly punched a check several times and still were not allowed to leave the institution, then they forgot to count the cork fee, then the chapan.
4. Even at the very beginning of coming to the institution, I said that there would be five of us, and there were glasses for 4 people, I had to catch the staff several times to give 5 glasses.
5. The menu is small, so there was no fresh slicing, achichuk, pilaf (well, pilaf is still clear, but where did the rest go?)
A very cool place: friendly staff, delicious food. The menu is small, but that's the better, every dish is absolutely lovingly cooked. I really like the interior and furnishings. Let's come back again :)
It's bad. It's worse than bad. It's horrible.
Let's get started.Drum roll and let's go.so we go into an institution like this .the first impression is positive.they met us, sat us down, showed us the menu, accepted the order, immediately began to bring everything, and we immediately started eating. The interior is pleasant (no matter what, the place is completely new)
, Dale slowly begins to dislike everything .
Super sweet lemonade with a ton of ice-beee
The famous palm-sized bun is somehow flawed to serve such buns in Uzbekistan, perhaps I would understand and not grimace in Paris, but not in Tashkent
Samsa, samsa itself is a top type, but it is served in a basket in which nothing creeps.after all, crumbs and traces of past people remain on the basket.I tell you once, you take a napkin, parchment, a towel and put it in a basket and only then a samsa
- we ordered lamb in a tandoor - this is the worst!!!the meat is dry, disgusting, and filthy.I'll show you the photo
But the most disgusting impression was from a couple of guys who tried to turn our vacation into a real interview .
First, a young lady in black came up with a question about what and in general, but the respected young lady apparently does not know manners.when a person eats , it is at least not correct to approach such questions .And to the remark to be rude in response to this last case , I left only after a direct strict request to move away from our table .But that's all.after that, the waiter's brother came up, who was trying to record me on an audio recording on his phone.😁 Here I got really crazy .especially after his persistent second attempt to record my indignation .well, the result
Are the owners ready?)
Your place is raw and snotty.
The menu is two!
Service count !
The interior is five!
The average score is 2.66.
And a must!when a person makes an order, the waiter is obliged, it is obliged to inform that the service is included in the bill.otherwise, it is a fraud to sell a service for which there is no agreement .Why does the waiter repeat the order after accepting it?to obtain oral consent from the visitor for further payment of the service .and the unauthorized inclusion of the service in the bill is an abomination and lawlessness .Conditionally, the waiter has no motivation to serve normally -he will get his own anyway .
Cozy, delicious pilaf and samsa. But the mutton in the tandoor let me down. There is little meat, a lot of spices, but no taste. The meat does not leave the bone at all, there is no tenderness. More was expected.
The idea and concept of the restaurant are good, but the execution is lame.
1. Booked a table for 19:00 the day before the visit. They said that the reservation lasts only 15 minutes. The next day they called 3 times to clarify whether we would arrive: in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening at 18:55. I regard this as a nuisance, because at 18:55 technically I had another 20 minutes. And then we agreed that if we didn't arrive, I would call and warn you.
2. Before the first order, we waited for the waiter for a very long time. As a result, the order was accepted not even by the waiter, but by the runner. The waiter appeared after 30 minutes. Where he was all this time is unknown.
3. I do not consider a small menu a negative side. On the contrary, it is easier to choose.
According to the food itself: the assorted "5 meze" was delicious; the chicken in the tandoor, too; I can't say anything about the tandoor gosht, because in principle I don't really like this dish. The taste was normal, a little rumored. Samsa is absolutely not worth the money either in size or taste. For a tiny bread, too, as for me, they charge a lot. A friend ordered some kind of non-alcoholic cocktail - 95% ice, 5% drink.
4. An hour after arrival, live music started playing, and we were seated right next to the "stage" where the musicians were located. You can't find a table closer.
I had to leave the institution, because it became impossible to communicate calmly.
The samsa was small and burnt, and it was not realistic to eat because of the burning. The wine price is cosmic.
The waiters are nimble, the interior is beautiful
Hello, a big request to the management, before launching any promotions, you need to prepare promotional material. The situation is today: we came to lunch, made an order, the waiter says: "we have an obligation to take some kind of set, which costs 75,000. Guys, at lunch you have an empty restaurant, and you, as in 2000, arranged, roughly speaking, "entrance" to raise the cash register.
The place itself is very beautiful. Thoughtful interior design. Uzbek flavor. Even the pipes were disguised, By the way, there are not only clay pots, but also sofas))) The service is great. Kitchen for 3 out of 5))
Sampya is cool, the first national restaurant in Tashkent. A person will completely drain the entire Uzbek culture. And the most important, has the opportunity to try afigennyh dishes of Uzbek cuisine. A simple bomb, everything from staff to distribution. All recommendations
A very interesting atmospheric place with excellent service.
Among the disadvantages, there is a poor selection of dishes on the menu and high prices.
With all this, it is a great option to bring foreign guests.
Let's go after watching a YouTube video about the institution. They came at about 18 o'clock, offered a set dinner because it was Ramadan. The evening menu started working only from 19. I had to walk and wait. We ordered lamb meat (brought cold), samsa (delicious), marrow bones (warm and delicious), dessert persimmon (sweet). The reviews are exaggerated. I wouldn't go a second time.
The atmosphere is good and you only pay for it according to the results. Because the food is terrible. An ordinary teahouse cooks at times tastier, more voluminous and more adequate in price.
The waiters seem to be working for the first time in their lives. They walk around with lost eyes and can't figure out who ordered what from them.
So, regarding food. In general, we ordered a tandoor of 400 grams at a price of 30,000 soums per 100 grams. As a result, they brought 200 grams of fat, 100 grams of bone, 100 grams of cooled meat. But I also remembered, we ordered 200 grams of chicken, there is also such a story, there are 100 grams of bone and 100 of meat.
And yes, tea more or less (with lemon and sugar) and assorted vegetables (well, it was very difficult to spoil)
Photos of dishes are attached (except chicken, it was eaten)
Sooooo delicious, but the menu is not too diverse, there is little choice. I would like more national delicious Uzbek dishes. Thanks for the service. The average check is 200 thousand sums.
The person meeting at the entrance to the institution met at the door and began a dialogue there without letting them pass 🥲 we bought soames for takeaway - the price is too high for this dish, something special was not revealed in this soames + the staff were not familiar with the work in the uzcard terminal, I had to explain the refusal from my card when writing off ( their device gave an error) and so the place is quite cozy and the staff is polite.
Not a bad interior. It's a good idea. But the food didn't surprise me at all. There are only three dishes, mastava, samsa and tandoor gusht.
Meat even on rohat was much more interesting.
They said that the test mode. Therefore, we will not judge strictly. Maybe it will get better. So far for one time(
Whatever it is, I can't say, it's more designed for tourists who don't know anything about Uzbek cuisine and tastes. The meat was ordered, everything was like rubber. If I came here yet, definitely not...
Culinary wasteland. There are only 7 items on the menu, and even then they are not particularly popular. Tourists will not understand at all what is there except somsa and fried fat carp. Bruschetta is not delicious, not fresh bread and it is not clear what lies on it, are you guys serious??? The service is good, the interior is cool, cool background music. There are no forks, you need to eat with your hands in gloves, if your hands are large, then gloves only on your fingers. They bring it quickly, but they didn't hear it a couple of times. Drinks are only national dairy and lemonades with tea. Maybe I didn't understand something and didn't feel it, but I'm not going there to eat national cuisine, just to take pictures and eat tea with somsa.
A good place, everything is perfectly delicious. Small portions. We came twice at about 14 o'clock, according to the waiter, there are only 2-3 positions on the menu. There is no other. That is, going there for lunch, you don't know what you're going to eat. What will be available, you will be)))) this slightly spoils the impression of the most wonderful place
We visited this institution for the first time. It's colorful, as they say atmospheric.
We went to get pilaf, but unfortunately it was not on the menu.
The shurpa is very tasty, the meat is soft. Soames and cinnamon tea are awesome. But the meat from the tandoor seemed a little harsh. The staff is polite and attentive. The menu in the application in the phone.
Someone wrote that while this place looks like a "tourist trap", and I agree.
Please dress your manager in normal clothes, at least from the "white top, black bottom" series. And let him stop calling the guests "bro". Looks like a laborer. It also caught my eye that the waiters were smoking near the entrance to the restaurant. 🤦🏼♂️Because of this, the impression spoils, and so far only three points out of five.
From the pros: cool atmospheric design, it seems delicious, but the portions are small. The menu is printed on plain A4 paper.
There is no alcohol, but you can have your own.
Good luck and prosperity!
While it's a little scary to recommend this institution to the guests of the city, but I want to!
A very colorful place filled with all the colors of the east
Good service
A good intertaymant
Of course, the food is very tasty
Therefore, I advise you
A great place, authentic and beautiful. The service is on top. Tandir-gusht, somsa top. If you want to impress the guests of the capital, then this place is just a must have!
I visited this institution yesterday. The interior is interesting, the prices are from Versace, the portions are designed for children. The rating is 3 out of 5. I do not recommend this institution.
It's a nice and atmospheric place, but the service needs to be worked on. Or just hire not girls, someone's relatives, but someone who knows how a restaurant should work. The interior, the food service, the kitchen - everything is of a very good level. The service is so-so.
The worst restaurant in Tashkent! The menu consists of 7 (2 soups, 5 second courses). The meat was brought, I asked to bring a FORK, to which the waiter said to eat with my hands. I invited the administrator, who stated that our concept of the institution is that they eat with their hands. I congratulate you and your concept, but the client is always RIGHT, if a person asks you to give a fork, then you need to bring a fork.
The size of the dishes and the price of the dishes also leave much to be desired.
