Tangiers Lounge is one of those places where you want to return. The atmosphere of the establishment is modern and stylish, with accents in the loft style: brick walls, soft light and cozy relaxation areas. Here you can really take your mind off the hustle and bustle. Hookahs are at the highest level — the tobacco is of high quality, the taste is perfect, and the masters will always tell you which mix to try. The kitchen was pleasantly surprised — everything is delicious and the serving is beautiful. Special thanks to the staff: they are always attentive, friendly and create a comfortable atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to have a good evening with friends or just relax after a day at work — Tangiers Lounge is worth a visit!

We are visiting this point with a friend, a hookah lover, for the second time. It often happens on Furmanova Street. We were always satisfied.
Today is Thursday, 3.04.25, a weekday, and we were somehow deprived in this branch)))
The table has been booked. We ordered food, and asked to call a hookah man.
We waited 36 minutes for the food, with one reminder.
We had a beef burger and duck breast. Everything was delicious. They washed it down with tea and light beer.
It's been an hour now and the hookah man hasn't come. Waving my arms didn't help, 4 waiters didn't want to see us at close range. My friend couldn't stand it and called the reception desk. They promised to come over, and 10 minutes later the hookah man came over, but we just asked for the bill, then the waiter came over, and a girl like the admin, who urgently asked for a phone number. Well done trying to solve the problem, but unfortunately the mood was spoiled and there was no desire to smoke a hookah and there was no time, almost an hour and a half had passed. The workload of the hall on the 2nd floor is about 80-85%

We've loved this place since it opened. It's delicious and has great smoky cocktails. The waiters are cool, courteous and helpful. The service is on the level. Not surprisingly, the team was a Monkey. Atmospheric, constant theme parties. It doesn't get boring. One ❤️.

I am leaving a negative review so that the management will pay attention.
We always booked a table in advance, and this time it was the same: we called twice for confirmation, and we booked a table by the window at 20:30. However, upon arrival, it turned out that there were no places for us.
The reception said that they "promised nothing" and asked to see the correspondence, although we explained that the reservation was made by phone.
The receptionist on the 4th floor tried to smooth things over, offered us an aperitif and sat us down right at the entrance, next to the elevator, explaining that these were the only remaining seats — despite our reservation.
We used to be regular guests, but after such an attitude, we won't come back. Unfortunately, the level of service has dropped to zero.

The waiters are very interesting guys, although the boarding was not 100%, you constantly had to catch to make an order. I won't say anything about the hookah, I didn't smoke. The last time we came to eat, but in the end my husband couldn't resist and ordered a hookah, and it's not surprising, because in Almaty, this is probably the only place where you can smoke a hookah made from tobacco of the same name.
The hookahs are gorgeous, the food is also incomparable, I didn't even have time to take a picture of the food: beef stroganoff, some meat and a burger with croutons. I managed to take a picture of sweets.

Yesterday I came to this place as a client, but my old merc was asked to be removed from the entrance, they say, you can't put it here. In response, I asked why other cars are parked there?
